Charles Manson family member who admitted stabbing heiress on his orders is denied parole

A Charles Manson follower has been ordered to remain in prison after parole board officials rejected her claim she was a changed woman.

The two-member panel said the viciousness and notoriety of Patricia Krenwinkel's crimes outweighed her efforts at rehabilitation behind bars.

Krenwinkel, now 63, wept and apologised during the hearing, but officials said the deaths of seven people in the 1969 Tate-LaBianca murders 'remained relevant'.

Bitch shoulda been fried LONG ago(thanks Rose Bird)

Judge Rose Bird...Like Charlie Manson, not from California, and raised and educated on the east coast, like Boxer and Pelosi.

It's unfortunate CA has been infected with so many nasty people from other states.

If it makes ya feel better, I believe some of the teenage girls that were unfortunate enough to come under Manson’s influence, were from CA...

Better yet, I would have been better if Manson just stayed in Ohio, where he was born and raised.

I spent a little less than one delightful year in California, as a small child. I've been back only once in the 50 years since.

And I can tell you that, had it been in my power to do so, I would have kept all the people who've ruined California out of it.

It doesn’t make me feel better or worse, as I have long been a big Californiaphile.

The obvious allure of the magnificent Golden State draws people of all types from across the country; sometimes the very disturbed, but also the very productive, talented and inventive.

The afflictions of California are an American problem, and we should ALL be pulling for its recovery, and return to its former glory.

I am still shocked by these crimes all these years later. I can’t imagine the cruelty of hearing a mother-to-be bargain for her baby’s life by offering to be kidnapped and killed after giving birth, and then stabbing her to death in cold blood anyway.

And it’s unfortunate that California and it’s attitudes and Lifestyles have infected alot of other states.

Fortunately, just as many good crossed into CA and made it home, as did the bad...

As I've told others before, California has the very best and worse of everything here...

The rotten and leftist setting sail out of CA is a good thing for California...

Lets hope that trend continues!

I would say that she is sympatic to cold blooded murders, elderly or young. In this, she is not alone. The world is full of that type. To hell with the victim, they are dead now, we must save the murderer.

If not ‘death’ then should have been ‘life’ without parole. ..life forthe sheer heinousness; ‘life w/out parole’ for the killing of both Mother and ‘child’. . .That these people have even a possible out is disgusting. Thus, far Reason has prevailed; but who knows and for how long?

She should have yelled "Allah Acqbar" at her parole hearing.

Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.

I know. That’s why the whole crew of however many is still left deserve to be behind bars for the rest of their lives. They took lives...many lives and it was a horrendous crime. They deserve what they got. They willingly and shamelessly commited heinous acts. I feel nothing for them. So, Krenwrinkle cried and apologized? How many tears did Sharon Tate shed for her baby and herself? How many tears did the Folger woman cry? What about the man and woman that were killed as well??? No, they need to stay behind bars for the rest of their natural lives...that is THEIR punishment for the crimes they committed against others. Not so cool an idea now I suppose as it was back then. As I said: “God forgive them as only HE can.”

OOPS, it appears he was born in Cincinnati to a runaway mother from KY. She was later arrested for robbery in WV and he lived with an aunt in WV while his mother served her sentence.
He then bounced in and out of boys homes in IN, DC, VA, OH and CA.

You REALLY think this woman is going to kill again if she’s let out? really?

Its not a matter of Patricia Krenwinkle murdering an innocent again. Patricia Krenwinkle murdered an innocent once and as best as I can determine, innocent coffee heiress Abigail Folger described in post #21, is still dead.
