KILLEEN, Texas The US Army psychiatrist charged with killing 13 people in a shooting spree on a Texas army base has been ruled sane and thus fit for trial, a source familiar with the case said.
The ruling by a group of medical experts, called a sanity board, opens the door for a court martial that could end in the execution of Major Nidal Hasan, who was paralyzed from the neck down during the November 5, 2009 massacre.
Neither prosecutors nor retired Army Colonel John Galligan, a veteran military lawyer representing Hasan, 40, would confirm the board's decision.

A gazillion people saw him do the shooting yet he is still the “alledged” shooter.
A lynch mob is too good for this guy.

When Hasan goes on trial, so does the entire pro-Islam culture of political correctness in the military chain of command. Serious fireworks from family members who lost loved ones is just around the corner.

Execution is the only justice any American should stand for.
How brutal. I was thinking that we ought to follow the lead of the Left and provide him the same loving care that was given to Terry Schiavo by the medical staff in her last days.

“Serious fireworks from family members who lost loved ones is just around the corner.”
I’m sure Katie Couric will be all over that, interviewing loved ones, showing the gravity of this crime, etc.

if he’s paralyzed, then simply drop him off in a field somewhere and let him die.

Those family members include a friend of mine whose great granddaughter was shot in the back by this adherent to the turdburglar religion while attempting to render aid to a fallen comrade. She survived fortunately.

will sharia[sic] law find him innocent by their codes????...Since killing the infidel is one of Shariah's basic tenets, yes, he is innocent.

It would be fitting if some soldiers kidnapped him from his hospital room, took him into a dessert and dumped him in the sand. Him being eaten alive by vultures sounds just about right and can you imagine all the fun he would have waiting for the first one to show up? Put him on a fire ant mound.

SANE!? Who cares if hes sane?
It means, for one thing, that he's eligible for the death penalty. I very much care about that, and I'm glad.

“Alleged”? Why are the media so reluctant to state the truth? We know, conclusively, that this crazy-mo was the trigger man at Ft. Hood. Whether a court finds him guilty is secondary. We’re allegedly having a blizzard in the Northeast!
