After spending some time working in a crisis pregnancy center, I call BS here. This study is too limited in scope to be seriously considered. How about conducting a real study for the woman’s lifetime. They could follow her on what would have been her child’s birthday. It is traumatic, trust me. The women usually come to a realization and understanding of abortion later and deeply regret it. I have seen and heard their stories. Help them recover and learn from their mistakes. Please do not reject them for their sins of their youth. We cannot help them if we reject them. They are capable of becoming great mothers and then helping other women in similar situations.
Mental/emotional health is — what? Killing a pre-born baby? Checking to see if that growing mass is just a huge internal wart? Checked out by — what method for identification?

are not all the same thing; so we need not care what their conclusions are, but rather what their agenda is.
To be Abortion Minded is Death. They are Abortion Minded, therefore twisted logic is used to justify their immorality. For they believe they are exempt from the Commandment "Thou Shalt Not Kill".
I put very little faith in any study coming out of SUPER LIBERAL Western Europe.Their moral have gone down the drain.
The Bible speaks of a pure conscience, a clear conscience, a seared conscience and a defiled conscience.
A seared conscience could be explained as one which has been ‘branded’ and has no feelings in that area of the conscience which should be moving one to do the proper thing. It seems that if, after having an abortion, the woman is troubled - she goes to seek help and they work to ‘sear’ the conscience further. Thus, she will not be troubled with taking the life of her child.
If the laws, society, parents, and virtually everyone else around you says that abortion is OK - this can work to deaden the innate sense of right and wrong in a person and people.
Obviously in this country the sensibility of what is right and what is wrong is twisted. We need to stand against this evil.

I can’t wrap my mind around the idea that an unnatural act of massacre requiring the intervention of morally derelict monsters is somehow less traumatic than the NATURAL act of creating life.It is unbelievable, isn't it?

Rose Kennedy had like 10 kids & lived past 100. I think that while there is some short-term tearing with childbirth, Nature actually rewards the mother with health benefits (mom’s don’t get sick as often, etc)
Last time I checked, women didn’t gather on the steps of the Supreme Court to testify to the mental anguish childbirth has brought them. Or started weekend retreats & support groups to try to out their lives back together & heal after childbirth.
This is incredible bullcrap. Incredible. I know women who have had abortion & subsequently had babies. It is birth that brings them joy, while the abortion brings a crushing pain that clouds every one of their days.

That’s a flat out LIE.
Abortion is the most unnatural act there is in being contrary to the laws of nature, the very denial, renouncement of the most natural, innate of human instinct, inclination of that which is motherhood, nature's most inalienable bond, the unqualified joy, re-validation of life in the celebration of new life to nurture, love, be loved, like no other.
It requires no huge leap of reason to realize that those who choose to abort their unborn child are monsters in the true sense of the word.
She is sure that if her fiancée finds out he will cancel the marriage and she will be poor for life.
An old woman, probably well into her 80s, is pregnant. Her neighbors are worried that she will die if she goes through with it.
Question: Would you counsel these two, that Abortion is an Alternative for them?
Just some additional information. The young girls name is Mary, her fiancée is Joseph, they live in Bethlehem . She was told by an Angel that the baby's name would be Jesus and that He would Save is People from their Sins.
Oh, and the Older Woman - that would be Elizabeth her cousin. The Lord told her husband to name him John, but because he didn't believe it, was struck speechless until John's birth.
Oh, and did you notice instead of being blobs the women knew their names? I'm sure that if either of these women it was just a blob of protoplasm and not a baby in their wombs would have given QUITE A TONGUE LASHING!
This STUDY shows the exact OPPOSITE.
Three tenths of one percent vs one FULL PERCENT, is one third as many and .7 is one half of 1.5 so women that bring the baby to term have any where from one half to one third as many mental problems as do the women that have abortions.
Their own data shows the exact opposite of what the article claims.
I call bullshit.
