Multiple platoons beyond 3 in number start to equal companies and multiple companies start to equal battalions. Platoons from various companies typically don’t deploy together (command and control issues). So to say multiple platoons connotes a company or so.

The MB needs to have a supply line and distribution. It will be american assets which provide the security for those supply lines. Iran, Syria, and North Korea, will be supplying the Muslem Brotherhood. Israel would thwart those supply lines(it's purpose is to supply weaponry to attack Israel in six months). The Israeli's will not attack American troops, even though their mission is to supply the muslem brotherhood for a sustained battle against Israel. Such supplies may even include WMD's.
