Why does EVERYONE have to start out at the top? Why not run for governor or senator or congressman first? BTW I think Michele Bachmann should run for the US Senate in MN, Mike Pence should run for the Senate in IN, Giuliani should run for the US Senate in NY. Steve Forbes should run for the Senate in NJ. That’s the problem with our party. Everyone wants to start out at the top.

[ Simple fact: Herman Cain has never held an elected office. ]

And in a way that makes him vastly superior to any other career politician running for POTUS.

Can you say Obama lowered the bar. Even the dumb people polled in NH said they wanted AN OUTSIDER, OUTSIDER.

Thank goodness! There are many Americans who see this as a positive.

As well as WEST. Take that and smoke it in your GOP status quo or whatever political pipe you’re smokin.

Good thing the GOP embraced the tea party at CPAC.

Herman Cain has been at the “top” for the past several decades. His executive experience rivals any of the top governors in this country.

Here is someone who has had to EARN the business and respect of his customers all his life. Who had more than once turned around failing entities, teetering on bankruptcy. Compare that with people whose careers are spent playing the payback game with lobbyists and other politicians. NO thanks.

I think Pence is going to run for Governor of Indiana.

The only other comment I would make is that if you look at the Congress critters and Senators who have been languishing in the Halls for 20 years which of them would you vote for President? McCain, Hatch, McConnell, Boehner, Kyle et? I don’t think you would vote for any of them nor would I.

How about we just elect a “mature adult” with a good education, a sensible head on their shoulders and some life experience in business. That would be Bachmann, Cain, Palin.

That’s why I posted what I posted. I want the strongest candidate possible. We don’t need gadflies like Ron Paul, Cain, Alan Keyes etc if we want to win. This all a diversion. I want BHO out of there!

I LOVE SP dearly. I personally would like to see her run for Sen. Mark Begich’s US Senate seat in Alaska. SP is essentially the GOP version of Nancy Pelousy. Wildly popular among party activists, but not among independent voters—the ones who determine who win elections.

I AM FOCUSED LIKE A LASER BEAM ON DEFEATING BHO. I AM NOT TAKING MY EYE OFF THE BALL.
