MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Police have hand-cuffed a protester at the state Capitol after he apparently tried to charge into the state Assembly.
Moments before a roll call began in the Assembly Thursday, reporters heard a crash outside the chamber. They rushed out and saw a man on the ground. Police officers were on top of him.

BTW, news reports are now saying the government union employees literally took over the capitol building for a least a 2 hour period.
She stated she stood quietly with a simple hand made sign that read "I support Scott Walker". What she said happened to her is pretty astounding.

Had countless obsenities hurled at her.
She indicated that this was anything BUT a peaceful protest.

They were blocking the doors to the capitol and literally taking over the capitol building for 2 hours today...
