I get the feeling from the video that they’ve negotiated a delay of some sort. During which, most likely, they’ll do what Democrats always do when they don’t get their way, and file a lawsuit.
If they said 50, 100, 200, whatever jobs were open - you would get 20,000 people show up for interviews the next morning.
Yep and the only way to fix it is to get a new POTUS and AG to start real investigations of these marxist ‘world worker party’ criminals. Expose them, convict them and throw them in prison.

Wisconsin’s Constiution stipulates the following.
Aricle IV
Organization of legislature; quorum; compulsory attendance.
SECTION 7.
Each house shall be the judge of the elections, returns and qualifications of its own members; and a majority of each shall constitute a quorum to do business, but a smaller number may adjourn from day to day, and may compel the ttendance of absent members in such manner and under such penalties as each house may provide.
Article VIII
Vote on fiscal bills; quorum.
SECTION 8.
On the passage in either house of the legislature of any law which imposes, continues or renews a tax, or creates a debt or charge, or makes, continues or renews an appropriation of public or trust money, or releases, discharges or commutes a claim or demand of the state, the question shall be taken by yeas and nays, which shall be duly entered on the journal; and three/fifths of all the members elected to such house shall in all such cases be required to constitute a quorum therein.
Apparently the nature of this legislation binds them to the three/fifths rule for a quorum.

They're hoping to wear Scott Walker down and force him into some compromises.

Boehner made a cutting statement today. It was reported by Politico and is circulaing on FreeRepublic
untrue... They need a quorum (generally assumed to be 60% or 3/5 of all house members). The 3/5 rule applies here as is written in the bylaws for the WI house (or whatever they call it - it is analogous to a state house of reps). They have 19 R members and 14 D members. 3/5 of 33 is 19.8, or 20 members as a practicable number.
We must first and foremost recognize that this is a spiritual battle. We are up against the spirit of antiChrist which is the spirit of lawlessness. I call on all concerned Christians all across our Country to pray and fast concerning this situation. If they succeed here they will be highly emboldened. We must understand the truth which is that the gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of God.
If anyone is nearby, has any experience or the courage to do so get out there and pass out Christian tracks and preach the Gospel of Christ to these Satan inspired mobs. It will do more than all other plans and attacks of any kind to stop this kind of uprising in it's tracks. The Church is the sleeping giant in this Country. We must wake up to our true destiny as believer and fight the good fight with faith and courage.
