(Conservative) Dana Loesch took some jabs at new employee CNN
stltoday ^ | 1-18-11 | Deb Peterson

Former mommy blogger and current conservative poster girl, our town's Dana Loesch is getting some attention for jabs she took in the past at her new employer, CNN.

CNN hired Loesch, a south St. Louisan and co-founder of the local Tea Party, as a political contributor last week. And then yesterday, TVNewser, an industry blog hosted by mediabistro.com, reported about comments Loesch had made about CNN on some blog posts.

She wrote on her blog, "The Dana Show: The Conservative Alternative," that Cable News Network was home to "tinfoil hats" in 2008; was "the biggest bunch of idiot blockheads," in 2009; and was "state-run media," last year. She also wrote in 2008 that CNN headliner, Anderson Cooper, got his job "by benefit of silver spoons."

When asked about Loesch's comments, TVNewser said it was told by CNN that "CNN has always been a news organization committed to having political analysts and commentators from across the entire political spectrum. As an independent news organization we don't take sides. Naming someone a ‘CNN Contributor' doesn't mean we endorse their political viewpoint. Instead, it means we have added them to our wide of range of voices which also includes invited guests and analysts on our TV networks, as well as opinion leaders on the CNN.com Opinion section."

It looks as if CNN hired her once they realized how perceptive she is.

It is fun to see her take on the left. She is usually well armed with facts. She is also hot.

She has been characterized by Playboy as “the sweet Midwestern goth version of Laura Ingraham.”

This is how CNN begins to make a turnover from
Obamaism...

See, we carry all voices, etc etc but it means they
are turning away from the annointed one.

Well, one can hope any way.

I’ve been listening to a free hour of Dana’s show. I like her. She’s got a great sense of humor.

If CNN gives Dana her own show, I'd watch her over anything at Fox. BORe and Hannity are becoming very tiresome.

I had to shorten a real long title and wrote employee instead of employer.

Yeah I agree. I am burned out by Bill O and Hannity. Put on rinos, neo-cons, and Bill O’s headed to the left.

Love Dana - listen to her as often as I can. I have listened to her since she was a Sunday night show on the local FM talk station and loved her then!

It’s all good. I didn’t look at the source link, I was meaning to make fun of them. That is a long headline, they should’ve just said, “Dana Loesch jabs CNN.”

O’Reilly must’ve been thrown some Soros money. That guy poo-pooed everything about 0bama during the election and is still doing it. O’Reilly is sounding a lot like McCain these days.
