CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) -- Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said Monday that he won't condemn Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi and he warned the United States is preparing an invasion of the North African country.
"A campaign of lies is being spun together regarding Libya," Chavez said during a televised speech.

Honestly I kind of agree in a sideways sense.
Daffi has always been a sleazeball but lies have been told to promote dealing with him so its a little hard to accept things at face value when they want to destroy him. After all, just a few days ago the UN planned to award him for his “wonderful” human rights record and now the same people are trashing him.

1. The story is from a right wing propaganda site. (A right wing propaganda site is any that runs a negative story on Chavez).
2. It was a “mistranslation” of what he said. (A “mistranslation is any statement that portrays Chavez as a nutjob).
3. The US has done worse, more often and/or more recently so Chavez isn't as bad by comparison.
Use any one of the excuses as needed.,
Yes, Chavez, the Libyan people are rising up against their country's leader because the U.S. told them to!!/s Chavez uses too much of his white powder product.
