U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says cutting funding for State Department programs could upset America's strategic interests around the world.

Speaking to the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations Wednesday, Clinton objected to cuts that would eliminate funding for the Asia Pacific region, where she said the U.S. is in competition with China for energy projects.

As one who is an actual member of the US Department of State, the first thing that should be defunded is the POTUS Visit to Rio de Janeiro with advance teams from his huge entrouge arriving for Carnival, the most expensive week of the year here, when hotels can cost a $1,000 a night and car rentals nearly as high.

Next we can start with Hillary justifying how she spends Government Money to give Family Member Status and benefits to Gay Members of Household - is this one paid for in OBLIGATED FUNDING or is Obligated funding being funneled into this type of WASTE. Hillary and the current administration are probably the least effective and most counter productive group of politicians we have ever had in this country. The best thing we could do is cut funding to the State Department and the UN.
