The big question you have to ask, and should expect an answer is...

“Where and who did the money go to???”

Who would you ask???

And most important, how would you know if you are being told the truth???

Taking a page out of Sarah Palin's interview strategy book by hedging and misdirecting, then speaking about whatever topic she wanted (which was for the most part the $105 billion in health care reform appropriations), Bachmann avoided many of the questions put to her on "Meet The Press."

It never stops.

These Republicans couldn’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

Just zero out the ledger for DHHS and reappropriated the money already appropriated for Obamacare to fund the agency.

Don’t fund DHHS through omission from the budget then introduce a separate reappropriated bill later after the budget is adopted.

This is what we expect them to do, roll with the punches.

Bachmann is also being disingenuous in her outrage. She would have listeners and potential voters believe that the "deception" pulled off by Pelosi, Reid, and Obama completely hoodwinked the Republicans

Isn't that interesting... this coming from the leftards who insisted that the otherwise stupid and imbecilic George W. Bush somehow fooled the world when lying about WMD in Iraq. Yet, somehow, a collaborative deception by Pelosi, Reid and 0bama on monies slotted for 0bamaCare is just incomprehensible.

This will be the defining moment of Michelle Bachmanns career.

First off it depends on how well this changes things, or if it gets squelched in the typical MSM fashion, in essence being sent to the “Black Hole” of history.

Now that she has let the cat out of the bag she must chase it down. This could be her rendezvous with destiny. I hope it goes far and deep, I hope even more that its found to cause some decent events to occur in the Whitehouse.

Like who knew about it and signed it off.

Her appearances must be hitting a real nerve. At the bottom of this piece it says the author is a “Yahoo Contributor”. Which means, Obama/DNC/Leftist Operative.

Why would we get in a lather about anything this teacher/carpenter writes?
Anything on Yahoo is about the quality on a par with DU or HuffPo.

If I heard this correctly, the Congress voted in a “self-funding” mechanism that funds this legislation despite the coming and going of many congresses over the course of many years.

How can that be possible given that each Congress is responsible for its own decisions?

That seems like complicit chicanery to me for anyone to suggest that THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT.

I don’t see how this isn’t clearly labeled as “opinion.” It isn’t “News.” Never mind, I take that back—there is absolutely no boundary between news and Liberal opinion these days.

“hedging and misdirecting, then speaking about whatever topic she wanted “

Puh-leaze. That is standard operating procedure for Democratic congressmen and advocates. As soon as they are hit with a tough question, they go off on a tangent, change the subject completely, or just start yelling about some arbitrary injustice. Just like Papa Alinksy taught them.

This is where Ms. Bachmann should have a flow-chart showing where in the bill all of these shenanigans were stuffed and another one showing where all of this money is coming from and going to. Where’s President Reagan and his handy line charts when you need them?

We need to be the “Party of the Great Communicator” — frankly, we’re doing a lousy job since the election.

IMO, Michele Bachman gets it. She doesn't mind having to do the broken record routine, although I'm sure it must annoy her to have to, because she knows it is the only way around these jerks. And she does it calmly, in good humor, and while looking beautiful. She makes it hard to dislike her, no matter how much the Obamamedia tries.

Today I even saw her holding up a SIGN with "$105 billion" on a talk show. LOL...obviously she remembers her high school "Speech to Persuade" tactics. You GO, girl!

Few, if any got a chance to read the damn thing, so yes, it was "deception".

What a yahoo.

This entire article is nothing more than a blatant Bachmann bash. Here's a little more of the article:
She accused the Obama administration and Democratic leaders of deception and "legislative fraud," and that such acts should be met with defunding or repealing of Obamacare. Bachmann noted Republicans (and implied that other congressmen were equally unknowing) just recently found out about the "deception...."

...And yet, Bachmann gives no specific reasons for cutting off funding, except that it was appropriated under what she refers to as "legislative fraud."

Still, whether one favors a repeal or a defunding of portions or all of the Obama health care reform legislation, it is also important to know how much of what gets to the public is accurate. Bachmann's cries of ignorant outrage and her misleading remarks about the funding of Obamacare might appropriately be labeled "legislative fraud" as well.

Disgusting. I am thinking the press is almost as afraid of Bachmann as they are of Palin.
