Why do they want their friends the Union Bosses and goons thrown in jail?

I am tremendously against bullying. But, 1) How is this a federal offense? and 2) Equal protection under the law? Bullying special needs kids is a crime, but bullying other kids is merely bad behavior?

3) These are kids. Most kids are still developing in many areas, some slower than others. Is it really prudent to put a federal offense on the record of a kid who lacks development?
I’ve known some rotten kids who turned out ok.

When selectively enforced, like you know it would be,
this would be a de facto criminalization of the voicing of any conservative/Christian viewpoint.
So when you are talking to a socialist about his beliefs you will actually be bullying him and subject to arrest for hate speech and bullying.
Then they will send you to a re-education camp and if you don’t conform then they will execute and bury you in a mass grave.

Apparently, the Obama administration didn’t realize it was meant as a JOKE.
That's a novel approach. Throw gobs and gobs of money at a problem. But what do we do with the bureaucracy after the problem has been solved?
