I have spent many breathless seconds, err, hours between events here at the white house on the Lybia matter. Well, I have spoken to everyone I needed to. I have come to this conclusion which only I must live with. I feel this is in the best interest of the world. I will point out to him my military is prepared to shoot his planes down, right after they get back from escorting me to Rio tomorrow.
