Speculation. Courts don’t “quietly accept” evidence off the record and the Supreme Court doesn’t accept evidence at all except in very limited cases of original jurisdiction.

Don’t forget Kennedy. We will need him too. If he checks out too soon look for another unqualified Commie Pinko to be elevated without any GOP stoppage. We need 5 votes.

I remain extremely hopeful, but will believe it when I see it.

"File Under: Believe It When I See it."

I second that!

.... possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number ...... possible criminal activity, conflicts of interest, ... information that raises serious questions about his eligibility for the office of President.

The SCOTUS is an Appeals Court. In fact, it is the court of ultimate appeal. It does not take criminal complaints like the Sheriff's Department or the D.A.'s office or civil suits. Appeals are made to the SCOTUS based on the decisions of lower courts. They conference. They decide whether or not to hear the case or whether to let the ruling of the lower court stand. They can order the lower court to continue the case, or ask for more discovery.

One doesn't complain to the Supreme Court until after another court has ruled on the case and either party is unhappy with the lower court's rulings because either party thinks that the ruling involves a breach of the Constitution.

So legally speaking, this article is largely wishful thinking. The fact that it is also MY wishful thinking cuts no ice with the black-robed buzzards who have been turning down Obama eligibility cases.

Really thought Hollister v Soetoro was definitely worth hearing.)

-——nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption of this Administration,———

And that includes the ancient cultural corruption of Afghanistan and the administration of Hamid Karzi.

When corruption is monetized, Hamid Karzi is a piker compared to Barack Obama

I’ll believe it when I see it though. The court rules on the law, not personal animosity. (except for the 4 left wingers)

Just impeach him now. We could save all this newsprint and pixels about all his new outrages, illegalities, transgressions, or reviews and reassessments of all his old ones in just over two years of the office.

I also do not see Roberts as a boat rocker. That said one thing I know, after sitting in courtrooms for hundreds of hours watching all kinds of cases, is that judges do not like it when you get into their $hit no matter who you are.

Methinks the welfare class will not take lightly to their Messiah being dissed by a bunch of old Whiteys and an Uncle Tom.

if the Justices have the guts to draw a line in the sand at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

That's a mighty big "if". Why would they start doing that now?

It’s a nice dream, but that’s all it is: a dream.

Obama is Teflon when it comes to the Supreme Court.

They shoul have hung him up by the Gomers long ago, but they don’t have the courage.

Oh, sure. Gunwalker is very bad. Half the stuff going on at Holder's AG office is very bad. The recent kill teams in Afghnistan posing with bodies is a bit like Abu Ghraib.

But what's on the cover of Newsweek? Gunwalkers? I don't think so.

There's a lot of bad stuff happening, but the media is focused on other things.

Bush had Valerie Plame, Katrina, Abu Ghraib, IEDs in Iraq, all kinds of stuff. It blared from my TV every night. But Obama? Gunwalker? What's that? Some TV show with Chuck Norris or something? Sorry, not interested.

I have no faith in any form of the Federal Government and that included the Supreme Court. The past history shows that the Court, in many instances, has not followed the Constitution. I do not believe that with the exception of one or two of the Justices, that the Constitution means they can just ignore. King Obama is here to say and he may get another term.

King Obama will buy his next term. There is no doubt about that. The GOP is so split and foolish that they will never be organized on upsetting the King. The Kings organization is organized and the recent squabbles will not last long.
