MA Man Loses Gun License/Faces Charges After Being ROBBED

Only in the state of Massachusetts could “blaming the victim” be extended to burglaries. Once again, the gun-grabbing fear mongers in charge of our state are looking to set a precedent that will no doubt have national implications.

If this case goes to trial and Stanley Sokolowski is convicted, there will now be case law on the books that other judges can cite: The common act of reloading your own ammunition and the possession of the needed (and Constitutionally protected) supplies will be akin to domestic terrorism.

The following email was sent to us by our good friend, and former candidate for Massachusetts State Auditor, Kamal Jain.

In January, a home in Lowell belonging to Stanley Sokolowski was broken into, his home firearms storage vault broken into, and all his stored firearms and other items stolen. After the crime was reported, the Lowell Police Department filed charges against the victim!

A couple of days ago I had breakfast with Stan, to discuss his situation.

Let me cut to the chase: I am working to setup a legal defense fund for Stan. We need to help him. Please stay tuned and/or contact me at kamal@kamaljain.com if you can help.

I’ve spoken with Jim Wallace at GOAL. GOAL is going to provide some attorney references. Stan got some names of attorneys already; he will speak with all of them. This is going to cost a fair amount of money to fight.

The Lowell Police are not being forthcoming with information about how many guns have been recovered, though Stan’s assistance led to the arrest of the thief. In fact, the Lowell Police Department revoked Stan’s license to carry,

The burglar should write a letter to the Lowell Police, claiming to have also raped crime victim Stanley Sokolowski. I imagine that such a letter would result in Stanley Sokolowski being stoned to death.

Once you start punishing crime victims for being crime victims, it's a quick trip to hell.

Looks like they're still working on how to best screw him out of his constitutional rights.

As best as I can see, having “too much” reloading material, though there is no ordinance spelling out what too much would be. This needs to be squashed as unconstitutionally vague if not plain unconstitutional.

But the law enforcement koolaid drinkers here a FR attack me every time I claim the police are NOT on the side of individual rights, so this must be a misprint.

Stan should file suit against the Lowell PD that his Constitutional/Civil Rights are being violated.

Can one have too many pens?

No you say?

Well then, the same applies to reloading equipment.

Some technicality about the quantity being a fire hazard, I think. And that should be a low level fire code violation at worst, requiring nothing more than a “fix it” (such as a better containment system) to address. These Massholes look like blooming idiots.

I think the time is getting close for everyone in these states who believes in the 2nd amendment to take a stand as they did in 1775 when the red coats came to get their arms.

Because the people who live there WANT to feel the jackboot on their necks - forever. It makes them feel safe. What's more they want YOU to be ruled by a tyranny too they fear freedom. It makes them feel safe if you and I are in chains too. And to think Sam Adams came from MA

Quite some time ago I was in Lexington for patriots day. there was a vendor selling little die cast (or maybe plastic - I don't remember) toy muskets. Some kid (6,7,8 not sure) wanted to buy one. Not only did his mother jump all over him, but lit into the vendor for selling guns. Something to the effect of how dare he endanger children, there ought to be a law against it, etc. Typical masshole. I try not to think uncharitable thoughts, but that time I was kind of hoping that some guy would break into her gun free house and rape her.
