Ohaha's gonna be wire-transferring like crazy to finance the preservation of himself and endangered Dems-----after the debacle of Midterms.
Remember, Ohaha raised a whopping $750 million for his 2008 presidential bid----- purportedly from "anonymous foreign donors" who flooded his 2008 campaign with hundreds of thousands of relatively small, untraceable illegal donations.
Two years in office----Obama's got zillions stashed offshore (looted from the US Treasury during the infamous trillion dollar "bailouts").
