In the year 2009, Planned Parenthood reported that they helped to abort 612,000 babies in 2009. PP may claim they were just preventing unintended pregnancies, but personally I find it sickening the way they describe the murder of an innocent child as nothing more than preventing the outcome of ones actions. What many will never know is that, of those 612,000 humans aborted world wide, 332,278 of them were in the United States alone. That is almost the same number of humans that lived in the city of Cincinnati, Ohio in the 2009. What is even more astonishing about this number is that those 332,278 abortions performed by Planned Parenthood clinics over the 365 days of 2009 equals an average of 910 lives terminated per day, about 38 per hour, or one every 95 seconds.Imagine that, a baby human murdered every 95 seconds in America in 2009. If that does not make you hurt deep inside your gut, then you are one evil person and I pray to God for your soul.
Now many will argue that, anything inside a woman's womb is not a life until late in the pregnancy. or in Obama's case, not until it survives being left alone on a cold metal table in the back room of an abortion clinic after a botched abortion. When I run into such heartless people like Obama, I just pull out a picture (above) I keep in my wallet of baby Samuel grabbing the hand of the surgeon operating on him in his mothers womb. For those who may not be familiar with Samuel, allow me to share the story of a miracle child. One of God's most precious creations that no man has the right to destroy.
The story begins with Julie and Alex Armas who were expecting their first born in early 1999, a mere 10 years before Planned Parenthood would be busy aborting an average of 38 babies in America an hour. Julie had concerns about some problems she was experiencing with her pregnancy, so the doctor ran some tests. What Julie and her husband were not prepared for would eventually lead many to change the way they look at life in the womb. Julie was told that her child had spina bifida, which is a disease that damages the spinal cord. The prognosis of the child's future was grim, prompting the doctors to recommend that she immediately get an abortion.
Julie and her husband were and still are Christians, so abortion was out of the question. What they did instead was opt for surgery. However, the surgery was risky, at 21 gestation, not only could it fail and the baby die, but Julie could also have lost her life. Well the surgery went well and ten years later Samuel is still alive. What did happen that day though, was a a photographer became pro life. You see, a freelance photographer for USA Today was asked to take photos of a miraculous surgical procedure that was being performed to correct spina bifida on a baby still in the womb. The photographer, Michael Clancy took what immediately became an instant sensation. Clancy says that the experience of taking the picture, published worldwide,
"It made a pro-lifer out of me. Up until then I was completely unaware that abortions were being performed after the fourth month of pregnancy."
Three years later, Alex and Julie Armas testified before a Senate committee about the advances in therapeutic intervention, and they had their son Samuel with them. During their testimony, Senator Sam Brownback asked Samuel if he has seen the photo taken of him grabbing the surgions hand and he responded,
"They fixed my boo-boo,"
Today Samuel is now 11 (with family at left) and he has become an advocate against abortion. As for Michael Clancy, he too has become a strong advocate against abortion as he travels the world speaking against it while distributing his photo to who ever needs to see the miracle of Baby Samuel. One reason he became such a strong advocate is because of the shroud of doubt the left has promoted over the photograph. I guess that the doctor has not been telling the truth about what really happened in the operating room during Samuel's surgery. We need to defeat the forces that drive the abortion mills in America, and what better way to do so than to end any and all government funding to Planned Parenthood. As I write this I have been hearing of reports that the republicans may cave and give into the Democrats by backing off their threat of defending them, I pray it is untrue, because after more than 50 million children have been murdered since Roe- vs Wade, I cannot envision God's Spirit strive with us much longer. Call your Congressman and Senator and tell them not to back down. I have told my Congressman, unfortunately my Senators are Boxer and Feinstien, but if you have a republican Congressman then tell them to hold their ground and do not back down, because their future constituents depend upon them being firm.

Sometimes it doesn’t hit home until you see numbers like this. Makes me want to cry and puke at the same time. And we wonder why this country is going down the tubes.
The Democrats, 0bama, Reid and Pelosi are more than happy to hold our men and women in harm’s way hostage. Or increase the odds that they will either suffer or die or both, in order to advance the totalitarian agenda. They require subservience.
On the other side, we have the yet to be born. Because no one has looked them in the eye yet, they are, or are they not expendable?
It’s not guns or butter anymore. It’s GIs’ guts or babies.

That’s a great article, and the photo of Samuel’s baby hand strikes me to my heart every time I see it.

If every time the word “abortion” was used, we substituted the words “child killing” or “baby killing”, it would make this issue be what it truly is. When many hear “abortion”, I’m afraid they are only hearing an issue, not the horror it truly is.
Try it. Every time you are listening to the news, and they talk about abortion, substitute in your mind the phrases above, and see if it makes any difference in what they are saying.
There was an episode on House where House would not acknowledge that the baby a woman was carrying was truly a baby, but merely a fetus. At the end of the episode, while he’s performing surgery on the woman’s stomach, the baby’s hand reaches out and grabs his finger, just like in the picture. The look on his face just gave me goosebumps.
Everybody should see that picture and/or that episode of House.
It’s amazing to me that anyone can hold the opinion that a fetus is not a human being, even in the zygote stage.

I am returning, but time will tell how much I will participate. Looks like Tom Hawk is holding his own at GATE, and Toby Jones has written a few good articles for me. I think I will be able to maybe take it easy somewhat if they agree to continue helping.
