Wait till gas goes over 4 bucks a gallon across the country.

I was expecting a blowup when it surpassed $3, and $3.50. The fact people aren't screaming for his head by now is amazing. Americans have become a meek, passive lot.

I like how in every election in my lifetime, an incumbent has ALWAYS been considered to be in BIG TROUBLE if his numbers were below 50%, but with Obama he has to be below 40% to be considered to be in trouble? What is this another form of affirmative action? Obama gets spotted 10 points no one else gets?

Wow. Explains his sudden scheduling of a speech for deficit reduction.

His numbers are being driven by the price of gas and anger over Obamacare. I don't think anybody seriously expects him to be a budget hawk.

The speech will not help him. The American people and voters have his number, total ZERO, Failure & Empty Suit across the board. Worst POTUS ever!!! Watch those TV viewership numbers drop again. Once the Black & other minority voters throw him under the bus, and.....it has started already, he is total toast!!! Thank God!!!

You have to factor in the populist Ross Perot-style third party spoiler (which I think is increasingly part of their strategic planning)

The record high strongly disapproval number for Hussein recorded by Rasmussen is 47%, which was set on 9/05/10.

I am surprised over how the strong approval number has softened somewhat since the November elections as they’ve been consistently languishing in the upper 30s to lower 40s. I find it hard to imagine that Hussein agreeing to extend the Bush tax cuts alone would be enough to soften the anger and rage toward him that much. Perhaps some on our side have allowed their anger to cool somewhat now that we control the House. If so, now is NOT the time to be taking our foot off the gas pedal!

We think what our o-hole-kissing media want us to think, and we’re proud to repeat what they say and act like we thought of it ourselves!

That 19% would be his pals in the state run media. He can do no wrong in their eyes. They are all going down with that ship.

And yet the Wizards of Smart say no currently considered GOP presidential candidate can beat him.

With this loser who just got lucky because he was black ANYONE animal, mineral or vegetable can defeat him.

People are upset about gas and food prices, it just isn’t being reported.

That’s why when a Trump opens his mouth and speaks clearly, people respond. It’s like getting a western google connection in China.

I’ve been wondering this very same thing myself... especially given that Rasmussen surveys LIKELY voters. So how does Obama consistently being in the mid-40s in this poll make him such a perceived threat to win a second term? Is it because a clear presidential frontrunner from our side hasn’t emerged yet?

He can’t go much lower than 20% strongly approve. 12% of them are black, who strongly approve of his skin color. The other 8% are just kooks.

Whatever anyone wants to say about the budget deal, Obama alienated his leftist supporters by agreeing to any cuts whatsoever. They would have liked to see a record-breaking INCREASE in spending.

They are inherently counting voter fraud into the equation.

He has to be beaten by a real vote count of 10% or else the ACORN vote will steal it for him.

People are upset about gas and food prices, it just isn’t being reported.

His "strong disapprove" numbers have been steady, and his "total approve" trend has been static for close to a year.

The drop in "strong approve" comes from radical Communists who think he's not being competent in advancing the Communist agenda.
