One big problem is that a precedent has been set which is unconstitutional. When McCaskill got SR 511 passed almost unanimously by both Dems and Repubs, they proved the Constitution was just a piece of paper to them. That is why Congress will not hold hearings. They are all guilty. SCOTUS knows it is the fault of Congress and will not get involved. Senate Dems would refuse to cooperate with hearings, etc. In that, you are right until the next election. However, the more that can be exposed about Obama may stop more Dems in the 2012 elections.

We do pursue this, but we have been stymied at every turn.
Both Dems and Repubs we elected to stand up for the Constitution betrayed us when they signed SR 511 saying McCain was eligible and Obama was eligible (read the sixth ‘whereas’ in the Resolution (non-binding). Repubs wanted McCain because he could beat Hillary. McCaskill and others (?) wanted Obama eligible. Hillary thought she had enough delegates. Something very important to our history happened at the secret meeting of Congress on Mar. 12, 2008. It was about more than homeland security. Some congressmen were crying and some angry when they left (look it up and be shocked).
SR 511 was presented on April 30, 2008. At the DNC, Howard Dean forced Hillary’s delegates to illegally switch votes to Obama. Was that a conspiracy? Hillary, the Repubs and the nation were snookered.
Congress now cannot hold hearings on impeachment without incriminating themselves (which was McCaskill’s strategy). SCOTUS realizes what Congress did and will not bail them out. The DOJ under Holder/Obama claims citizens have “no standing” because only Congress has “standing.”
Soros and the CIA have bought off the media. William Colby (CIA director 73-76) said they controlled every important person in the media. Obama was/is a CIA agent. (See Wayne Madsen “Bombshell, Barak Obama conclusively outed as CIA agent. Also on infowars.com)
Most people do care whether the Constitution is followed but do little or nothing to express themselves, especially in elections, where it counts. The only thing left is armed insurrection. Obama wants that (a created crisis) in order to assume the military dictatorship power given to him in the Annexes to Continuity of Government, Homeland Security of 2007. He also renewed the 9/11 powers given to Bush. Essentially, we are still under martial law. Congress has refused to review those powers as called for in the bills. We are in greater danger than any time in our history.

Bingo. Such as Georgia, which was going great guns toward legislation requiring proof of natural born citizenship, only to have the reps back off one by one.
Georgia is in competition for Savannah to be a federally funded deep water port, which would be a huge boost for the local economy.
What are the chances of Savannah still being in the running if the Georgia legislators make Barry produce his long form birth certificate to be on the ballot?
They must have seen Barry’s handwriting on the wall, because they apparently got his message.
