It wasn’t a typical catwalk display. But then, Anna Chapman isn’t your typical catwalk model. The former Russian spy, who was unmasked working in America by the FBI last year, made a surprise appearance at Moscow Fashion Week in a fur-lined jacket and black leather trousers.

It seems strange that Russia is showing sunbeams of freedom while clouds roll in across the USA.

Tell you what.... go open a business in Russia that competes with a connected industry and let me know how that works out for you.

The U.S. is definitely headed in the wrong direction but we are light years ahead of Russia when it comes to freedom. Corruption and excessive government power is still alive and well over there. They have perfected crony capitalism in Russia and we are unfortunately trying to catch up with them.

Russia is a fascinating place and some of the nicest people I have met were Russians but they still have a long way to go and culturally they are struggling against centuries of absolute government power. It’s a mindset that is difficult to change quickly as we are learning in Iraq.

I would tell where The Ark of the Covenant and Barak Obama’s Birth Certificate are.

Russia is a country built on pragmatism; it’s how it’s survived as long and how it will always be. They are realists and even during Commmunism they took better care of their scientists than artists.

I wonder if Clinton and her ever had ‘top secret strategy sessions.’

I would hit it like the Germans hit Stalingrad. And would most likely end up the same way.

I have a homebuilding business there and it is going better than it could in North America.
People who are suffering there are careless who bought into by crooked local advisors or broken a law to become a pray for gangsters and corrupted officials.
Look how it is growing there. There are tonnes of opportunities. You just have to be smart.
