Considering that five states, Delaware, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York and Vermont allowed Roger Calero ballot access in 2008, I can think of five more states that should be proposing legislation as well.

It’s nuts that this type of legislation is controversial. Should be a done deal.

Obama is going to have to put up or shut up. MSM can’t protect him.

I can see no reason why anyone should object to such a law.

That must be why Obama’s in such a hurry and has started the paperwork already. He wants to beat the passing of the law.

"MSM can’t protect him."

They created him - they can surely create a birth certificate. I'll bet Mary Mapes and Dan Rather are working on it already.

Hopefully Brewer will sign the AZ bill.

More States would be great, so AZ cannot be dismissed as outlier.

Did I hear something about that bill not including the longform?

All it'll take is just a handful of states getting relatively bulletproof eligibility legislation signed into law, and you'll have the usual suspects - unions, the Vichy media, the parasite classes - bleating about a 'Constitutional crisis' before the primaries even start. But, what the hell - if The Won can pick and choose the laws he'll abide by, then why let a little thing like a birth certificate get in the way of his Destroy America agenda?

"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."

To all
The way GOP’ers should answer criticism from the MSM & Rats
is the following:

Rat(or MSM): Bring up Zero and claim GOP’er is aiming this at Zero

GOP’er: Know it is not, some states have required it in the past (Cite Eisenhower) I think its a good idea (Cite the Central American Socialist candidate) why do you keep bringing up Zero, do you think he has a problem?

Rat: Continues to claim its aimed at Zero

GOP’er: You must really be worried about Zero, I am sure he will be fine.

Rat: Sputters more about Zero, claims racism.

GOP’er: Do you really think Zero has a problem in making this requirement?

The GOP’er must stay on that message and NOT be lured off it.
He must throw it right back at those who object and ask why the objections if Zero is eligible.

This really isn't hard to figure out or do, but apparently beyond the intellectual capacity and self discipline of the average GOP state legislator. Why do we elect such fools at the city, county, state & federal level?

Jonathan Turley was on MSNBC yesterday saying these requirements will end up before the SC because of the Full Faith and Credit Clause. They will fight it. Obama will never have to prove anything. I sure hope the republicans have a very good candidate.

It doesn't matter. Zero's "Certification of Live Birth" is a FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT. To date he has only released it on a political website. If he releases the same document that is on the internet to a Secretary of State he can be nailed for FRAUD.

Roger Calero <- That's the Central American guy who got on the ballot. Five state whose SOS’s couldn't be bothered with actually doing the constitutionally required part of their job! (I think he was from Costa Rica or maybe Nicaragua.)

The good people of AZ have been played. The statute about to be signed reads as though it was drafted by someone who plans to present evidence of a home birth:
…IF THE CANDIDATE DOES NOT POSSESS A LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE …TWO OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS SHALL TAKE THE PLACE OF THE LONG FORM…[a] CIRCUMCISION CERTIFICATE… [a] POSTPARTUM MEDICAL RECORD FOR THE…CHILD SIGNED BY THE…MIDWIFE OR THE PERSON WHO...EXAMINED THE CHILD AFTER BIRTH.

It appears specific language regarding parents was removed by amendment prior to passage.

If the “BC” which Obama said he found, is an HI document that reflects a home birth, and such a birth is said to be the source of his “embarrassment”, it will cause him to be warmly embraced by any number of fence-sitting voters, almost as though he was a homeless orphan.

God have mercy on our nation if all the other states use similar language.

I hope it passes. And if either OH, FL or TX does the same, the Bamster will be in serious trouble. Didn’t AZ already pass such a bill in the last couple of days?

Then he’s already too late and has already ceded AZ’s 10 electoral votes.

You’re right and I can’t see why the left isn’t jumping on it as a way to shut all those extremist ‘wingers up....unless...?
