I went to CU-Boulder and have a poly sci degree. I was there during the real stuff-— 2000-2004, Bush v Gore, 9/11, Iraq,...All in a poly sci department.
You’d think it was hell, truth is, we had plenty of level-headed, even conservative professors to choose to take our classes from. I think I only had one liberal professor , and he didn’t really push it. I wrote conservative stuff and he gave me A’s.
We see extreme cases all the time from these schools. My own especially. However, we need to watch to super generalize the view points available overall all.
Do we need more conservative profs? Yes-... are all the super liberal schools liberal only- not really.
Oh, the usual.

As a woman I took a couple courses from people like her back in my college days, made the semester a breeze, didn't have to buy any books for the classes, regurgitated what the old bag said and collected my “A”. I know, I know shouldn't of done it but if gave me more time to concentrate on the important courses.
The University obviously believes that freedom of expression is/should be universal. However, as with many such expressions there is the sense that such expression is by personal choice leaving out any connection to choice being established by our Constitution. Another case where where the Constitution has no relavancy.
That was my thought. What a waste of money. The professor, her salary, her benefits, her department, all of it. Flushed right down the toilet.
