Donald Trump slammed Robert DeNiro Monday, following the Oscar-winner’s criticisms of him this weekend, telling Fox News that the actor is “not the brightest bulb on the planet.”
“I like his acting, but in terms of when I watch him doing interviews and various other things, we’re not dealing with Albert Einstein,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” Monday.
“He can say what he wants but the fact is that this guy has not revealed his birth certificate, a lot of people agree with me.”
DeNiro is among a growing number of Hollywood stars who have criticized Trump for his comments, including comedian Jerry Seinfeld.

my general suspicion is that successful actors often have not ever had a good grounding in real-world economics. some then make the even more stupid decision to go out of their way to piss off half their fans by talking politics.
looks like the pledge is being presented and “the boss” doesn’t have time for it... or for paying property taxes in NJ (he evades them by calling his place a farm).
with today’s Leftist Media... yes, it is too much to ask.
You need someone with the BALLS to confront them and their ilk on every level. I’m no fan of Trump, but at least he has a pair... can’t say that for ANYONE in the GOP.
And The Donald isn’t obliging.
McCain tried that, didn’t work. Trump is only asking for Obama to be vetted, his backers have put up walls for a reason. What are they hiding needs to be answered. No more double standards for liberals.
