Why does the capital “M” in ‘7:24 P.M.’ look so much smaller than all the other cap M’s in the image?
I opened the PDF linked from the White House in GIMP as layers and it only shows one single graphics layer, as is. GIMP is a layer based graphics editor just like Photoshop with all the same features. I use it now instead of Photoshop, which I have on another PC. How are you getting this?

You get the same result if you open the pdf in Acrobat Pro, select document properties, select deleted and cropped.Then apply.
“CertifiCATION of” ... is info from “CertifiCATE of”
Different states use different wording.
The “Birth Certificate” wording is used for some states.
See Nordyke(sp) BCs. Theirs is COLB (..CATE). Obamas’ previous skam was COLB (..CATION).
I surmise that the green security paper was loaded into the machine that printed the image, which seems to have been copied in black and white from a bound book.
Maybe, it is obvious for a reason. They know that we will quickly debunk it and scream fraud, but that is exactly what their side has been saying we would do if Barry released his BC.
They want the debate started hard and early. I have already had some lefties on personal email threads (funny they are the ones bringing up what they said was a non-issue) use the line that we won’t believe anything. They are hoping for the same media air cover they got with the COLB.
I just opened the document in my Adobe Acrobat Professional, highlighted the document and performed a search under “recognize text using OCR” using formatted text and documents. Some really strange things popped up!
I don’t know what it means but someone might be able to make sense of it.
For example, look at the date and time of birth.
I don’t see anything interesting. Long ago I ordered my “Certificate of Life Birth” (birth certificate) and it was obviously my original hand-filled and typed one slapped on a photocopier that had security paper in it. Decades later I ordered another, and it was obviously scanned and printed on security paper. It appears this one was scanned and printed too.
BTW, I’ll know if anybody ever tries a fake on mine. It has an error in it that I’m pretty sure only me and my wife know about. Anything output from a database or recreated from knowing all of the appropriate data would not have the error.

Exactly.
A scan would be bitmap image.
This is set up like a vector image with layers that can be moved around.
The security paper should be a jpeg/or bitmap image that the text blocks were layered on. When the text is moved the security paper wouldn’t be white.
Like if you have a red table cloth and you put blue cut out letters on top of it. Then you moved the blue cut out letters you don’t get white where the blue cut out letters were. You see the original untouched red table cloth.
Another thing. If they took text from the original and scanned it into one block that they then layered on the security paper...why are the two Aug - 8 196 text blocks separated from the text as a whole?
There should only be three layers if any.
The security paper - layer 1
The scanned text from the original - layer 2
Alvin Okano text - layer 3

That’s why that whole “citizenship of the parent” thing is a crock.
They are so arrogant that they didn’t think that they needed to bring in a someone who actually knows how to forge documents in to help them create this document. LOL. If they would have saved it to a jpg... illustrator or photoshop the programs would have forced them to flatten the image before saving.
Someone from the the Hawaian DOH should now be compelled to confirm that this document was copied by them and that it matches what they have on record. It is possible however that Obama has people in Hawaii, including the governor and the DOH who are willing to cover for him regardless of the consequences. Now that the document has been released I don’t know why Obama would not allow others to be given “certified” copies directly from the state of Hawaii.
