But, gee, lookie, lookie. Hawaii didn’t follow those guidelines even for the most populous race of “white.” They used “caucasian” not “white” as instructed. You can verify that by examining the Nordyke certificates and our FReeper Danae’s COLB and LFBC. Unless it’s your contention that those are also fake?
Give it up. Once an exception to the guidelines is established, the guidelines are of no further value, where “race” is concerned.
