The view from (some) on the right in regard to the Bin Laden news is: waterboarding is vindicated.
One GOP Congressman tweeted: Wonder what President Obama thinks of water boarding now?
The reason is that there's a direct line to be traced from the big news to data collected at GITMO -- data that was almost certainly collected under duress.

Quite a stretch by this writer to try (and fail) to make his point. What connection does he see between the three detainees known to have been waterboarded and the dozens who left Gitmo and rejoined terrorists groups?
Once again someone just assigns whatever motive fits their agenda of why terrorists become terrorists, and why they return to being terrorists. A clue for the writer: they returned to being terrorists for the same reason they became terrorists in the first place.
And he has to assume they are "more hardened" after leaving Gitmo to make a point, a very weak point.

Just curious...why would the administration leak that this USS ship did the deed? Does that seem reckless to anyone else? It’s not like AQ hasn’t found ways to bomb our ships before or anything. Next thing you know Obama will be releasing the names of the Seal team members.
This does nothing to make me want to support Obama in any way. He is still a marxist who hates our country, has terrorist friends that bombed the pentagon, did not support our efforts in Afghanistan or Iraq, wanted to ‘prosecute’ terrorists and allow them to build and victory mosque at ground zero,lies about his own records, is a thug chicago politico supported by questionable folks including AQ sympathizers.....I could go on....but this changes nothing. The man is still out to destroy our country and is doing it faster than Osama himself could have ever dream of doing.
