I guess we now have to have separate birther categories.
We have the Birthplacers, like on this thread, who have some irrational delusion regarding zer0’s place of birth. Many of these people are apparently software engineers and graphic artists.
Then we have the NaturalBirthers who accept his Hawaiian birth, but don’t accept the “natural born citizen” consensus. Many of these people are apparently constitutional lawyers.
I’m a BirthAnnouncementer. I want to find the guy who invented the time machine to place those two birth announcements and ask him why he didn’t use his brain to flatten the image and/or to persuade the framers/SCOTUS what a NBC really is.
Of course, like you, I’m far more concerned with the actual issues that plague our nation.
A scan would be a monolithic image. It's possible that the image is a computer-generated composite and that's the standard way Hawaii does it, except for the fact that this is the only example of this format that anybody has seen.
Come up with another example of this format, and I would guess it is legitimate.
Failure to find another example would be pretty damning. Somebody ought to apply for one and request the same format as Zero's.
No comments out of the US Congress or from cry baby about the forgery!
Some will question it no matter what. I am ready to give up on the BC. However, we can talk about his father being a British subject and Obama not being a NBC, but non one who can do anything about it seems to care.

There’s no question that it’s a “created document”, not a scan of a piece of paper.
It does nothing to prove - or disprove - the veracity of any information contained in the BC document file. It could be true or it could be a fabrication, but the fact that they released an electronic document that would obviously be examined in this way tells us something.
That they have no interest in establishing the truth.

I truly believe that there is NOTHING about BO that isn’t fake. NOTHING he says or does is real. He is a liar down to his dna, a cartoon, surrounded by people determined to obscure the truth.
I wouldn’t believe him when he says the grass is green or rain is wet.
What frightens me more is the gullibility of too many Americans who prefer fantasy to reality if it feels good and means they don’t have to think too hard about anything.

Hasn’t this topic already been covered at length? If the document was scanned to PDF using a scanner employing OCR (Optical Character Recognition), the likely result would be a layered file.

This has been explored a thousand plus times since the “release”. 95% of those doing similar examination of the file (including several folks who work with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator for their living and could be deemed experts) have come to the same conclusion - the document has been altered. The 5% dissenting say the abnormalities come from OCR software.
But that doesn’t jibe with the experience of most folks.
The document has been altered. Why? Only Hawaii and/or Obummer and company know for certain.
Two clever by half
The “artifacts” don’t fully explain. The resolution of different parts of the document don’t match. Scanning and OCR software don’t change the resolution of parts of a scanned image. Some sections demonstrate far larger pixels than others - this isn’t a natural product of artifacts from compression or any known software.
Yeah, because ignoring the Constitution, or failing to understand the Constitution is why we have a marxist president, why we have a braindead electorate, why we are having economic meltdown, and why our debt level is crushing!
Continuing to ignore the Constitution isn't going to help change any of the above....its just going to make them worse! So yeah, we're going to continue arguing the Constitution because we are 'supposed' to be a Nation of Laws and without laws we are dead anyhow. Some people are more dense than the birthers are! Uh, Smedles, you are about the 10,000th person to “discover” this. Been under a rock the last week?
I’m of the opinion that this is just a well-choreographed event, with a little in it to satisfy everyone.
For those that watch a few CNN headlines every day thru those that ardently listen to NPR, they can view the issue as over and done with, Barry Soetoro is “a citizen” and thus eligible to be president.
For everybody else that knows he’s been an imposter all along, a marxist usurper, this BC was designed to keep many of us going, with BIG problems with layers, chromatic aberrations and incriminating pixelations.
Its basically a realization by its fabricators that there are MANY simultaneous conversations going on across a land of 300 millions, and the way they did this they think gets them closer to their promised land. They do not fear its being exposed for the fraud it is, as that is counter balanced by a ton of others that will keep ‘em going.
Its like that gremlin outside the bus... some of us are keenly aware that it is real, dangerous, and imminent; while others sing “wheels on the bus”.
As pressure grows for the release of other documents ( school transcripts, passports, travel records, etc.) Obama will continue to dribble out documents of poor quality that definitively prove nothing.
This is a tough choice for conservatives:
1) As a political strategy we can give up the fight for truth in the hope that we will win election victories. In the end ( due to malaise and lack of defense) the Constitution is weakened even further. The Marxists will then move on to attack some other portion of the Constitution rendering that part mute as well....and...so it goes. We are led ever so softly down to hell.
2) We can continue calling for the truth and be called “fringers” and “lunatics”. This strategy will likely not only lose short term election battles but possibly even our nation, freedom, and everything that it means to be an American.
Only in the mists of history will full importance of the extreme danger our nation faces now be recognized, and then only if the Constitutionalists win and the Marxists are defeated. The winner will write the history.
