I was taught, and later found supporting data, that a NBC is one born in country to two citizens of that country at the time of his or her birth.
By that definition, obama is not a natural born citizen of the US and is ineligible to be the POTUS.
However, since you mentioned it, I haven't really noticed his 'blackness' such as it is, but I'd be ecstatic if he'd change places with Alan West or if we could trade him for Herman Cain.
I think the 'blackness' of those two men is of a substantially higher quality than that of obama.

This is a meme to make liberals feel better about something they really don’t want to understand. On some level, they actually believe that noone could oppose progressives except for venal reasons. So they spend much time and thought dreaming up venal motives for their political opponents. As long as the discussion is about motives, they don’t have to examine their ideas on substance. That’s why all discussions with liberals quickly descend to accusations that the conservative is greedy and racist.
