I think you can turn off grafics Uncle Ike.
I long for the old days when pages of a thread ran into the hundreds sometimes thousands of post with graphics and pics with no option of turning off the graphics or pics, thats when I had dialup.Now we have an option of turning off the graphics for those still on dialup also with an option of limiting the amount of post per page!

Great place to fly in to in February when there is a slight snowstorm and you have to go from one side to the other to jump on a puddle jumper to Cedar Rapids.
Some folks live out in the boonies where the only options are dial up or satellite.
Thankfully, I now have cable modem.

just for what it's worth, using the HEIGHT and WIDTH tag only changes the appearance of the graphic. Both graphics you posted are exactly the same size and will take exactly the same amount of time to download one just appears to be smaller.
