I think there already is a ‘no ride’ list for Amtrak. On it are all of the people who prefer faster modes of travel, like car or plane, people who prefer to utilize companies that can adhere to a schedule and people who prefer some level of cleanliness and comfort in their travels.
In other words, most of the American populace has already placed themselves on that ‘no ride’ list. I have also placed myself on the ‘no ride’ list for public buses.
