WASHINGTON Nayely Arreola was a high school junior when a U.S. senator first protected her from deportation. The year: 2003.
Nayely is now 25, newly married and a graduate of Fresno Pacific University. She and her family still remain protected, thanks to special bills that need not pass to exert influence.
"Perhaps the greatest hardship to this family, if forced to return to Mexico, will be (Nayely's) lost opportunity to realize her dreams and further contribute to her community and this country," Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein declared.
As she has regularly since 2003, Feinstein in March re-introduced a so-called private bill on behalf of the Arreola family. It effectively blocks deportation, even without final approval from Congress.
Private bills, controversial in some circles, have become a part of Feinstein's arsenal.
Feinstein this year has introduced 13 private bills to block deportations, more than any other member of Congress. Her private bills account for one-fifth of the 64 introduced in the entire House and Senate, records show.

DEPORT HER DO NOT REWARD HER!!!!
40,000,000 illegals paying $500 each to the DNC to avoid being deported and working in America is a very small investment with thousands of percent in returns.
Is Mexico not also her 'community'?
Is her degree not of more value to the community in Mexico then it is here?
I’d be willing to make a deal with Nayely Arreola and similar illegals who came here before they were old enough to understand.
1. You have to serve in a military capacity, whether it’s ROTC, Reserves, whatever.
2. You have to FULLY AND IRREVOCABLY renounce your citizenship to your native third-world hellhole.
3. You must pay a fine of $5000, payable over a 10 year period.
4. If you attempt to harbor any family members who are here illegally, you, as a citizen, are now faced with charges of treason.

To answer your questions: No. If there was more value to her being in Mexico, she would be there. Life here is so much better (safer, more ammenities, social status) that she would suffer much loss in returning to Mexico.
She has had 8 years to apply through legal channels and become legal either by becoming a citizen or by getting a green card. (or by leaving the country). She hasn’t done so in this time so she should be deported as she is apparently here illegally and Senator loudmouth should have no say in whether she is deported or not.
Democrats have no common sense. Marxism uses emotion instead of intellect to destroy the culture from within. They destroy the Rule of Law first.....to force racial hatred. Marxism is all about conflict and the destruction of all the institutions that create stable societies so they can get their NWO. They have made the marriage contract meaningless.....and all laws meaningles—it is intentional.
If you’re referring to Feinstein I agree completely!
” thanks to special bills that need not pass to exert influence.”

“If a private bill is passed in identical form by both houses of Congress and is signed by the president, it becomes a private law.”
Sometimes I wonder if American voters have a lick of good sense. They don't even learn from their worst mistakes.
Ping!
You need to wonder? McCain vs. Obama. That's all you need to know.
In CA this can't even be used against DiFi in her reelection campaign because it would end up helping her!
