Fixed it for you
Muddy water? Dirt comes from the earth. Hmmmm...let’s fine the earth. About time she started paying up. Putting all that dirt everywhere.
What it sounds like they might be getting at is, if the area didn’t generate muddy runoff until it was made into a road, then the runoff is counted as ‘pollution.’ If prior to the roads the area already had generated an equal amount of muddy runoff and now they want to call the continuation of the same muddy runoff ‘pollution’ then they really are off their nut.
At work we are getting killed by the Stormwater laws. Before too long, every grain of sand will have to be accounted for on the job site.
Just you wait until we have to justify the carbon footprint on the jobsite and mitigate for too much C02 emissions.
Pave the roads with liberals.
If history lessons held to 1000 year blocks, we wouldn’t be committing national suicide today. There are hundreds of examples of nations that destroyed themselves from within and yet we are repeating that same mistake. No, 1000 years from now, some other idiots will be following in our suicidal footsteps.
Think about how we look back on the Roman Empire...
