not saying it’s the case here, but clearly it’s too easy for a woman to get a man arrested blood or no blood. If she agreed to sex and then wanted to stop it would be considered rape. It could be that’s what happened here.

So - in your scenario - maid walks in room to clean, finds naked dude old enough to be her dad. She becomes overwhelmed with desire and “satisfies” herself.

You might do some minor reading if you are going to keep popping off.
If the woman was entered unlubricated, damned straight that can show. If she was entered roughly from awkward angles, that can produce tearing or even permanent damage which doesn't happen even with the BDSM crowd.
Things like that may or may not be present in this case, but they can be and yes - they do prove non-consensual sex.
yep I realize that. And I also realize I have had consentual sex where tearing has occurred. Lube isn’t always an option. In fact, I really never use it. I would be more suspicious if the guy travels with lube.

This woman is a maid on duty cleaning rooms not looking for sex. She has just been told the room is empty so its not like she’s expecting anybody to be there. And I hate to tell you that normal 32 year old women don’t get a wild hare and just up and decide to have sex with unattractive 63 year old guys while they are working. If she was the type to have sex for money she wouldn’t be toiling all day as a chambermaid so I don’t think so. This guy just made a really serious error in judgement and he is in deep doo doo. He will get his day in court. If there was not really good evidence agains’t him he would be out on bail walking around right now. They don’t keep the Head of the IMF in the pokey for no good reason.
It’s actually a requirement under Islamic law that 4 witnesses to the crime are provided, if it’s a woman’s word against a mans. Good enough for Muhammad (PBUH), good enough for Free Republic, right? ;-)

It might not be able to prove rape, but an examine can show signs of forced or violent sex. That, along with blood found at the scene, makes a pretty strong case.

For now, all it seems is that this is a he-said-she-said case.
First he said, "didn't happen, wasn't there, Having lunch with my daughter." Ooops... DNA recovered from her person indicates that he *was* there. 'He said' #1 obviously false. Now he's saying, "it was consensual." So consensual that he left the hotel in a hurry, leaving behind his cell phone and other personal items, and basically hopping an empty seat on an Air France jet to gay Paree, without first buying a ticket? Looks like 'he said #2' is as much bs as 'he said #1'.
If it's he-said, she-said, then his credibility is all shot to hell, because he can't get his story straight, and matching facts on the ground...

Since some of the chicks you’re nailing are getting torn (poor ladies) - I suggest you try lube or a little more sensitive and sensual pre-sex fooling around. A woman who is deeply, sexually attracted to a man is rarely hurt.
The victim's lawyer will arrange a financial settlement of some $5 Million or so, which he will manage, whereupon the charges will be quietly dropped. DSK will nolo on a charge of resisting arrest and be sentenced to time served, plus a fine. He will resign from the IMF "to spend more time with his family."
DSK's lawyer looks like he can handle it. His fee will be in the sevens, too. IMF will pay him. Maybe even underwrite the payoff to the victim. BTW, DSK, STFU.
