>Unlike most people, every time Allen West speaks his stock with me goes up.<

Remember Scott Brown? You stated what everyone on FR said before that effing RINO won the MA election. I;m skeptical too, especially after the Obama BC issue.

I can't imagine a better scenario for this country's future leadership.

I can. Palin/West in 2012 (my dream ticket), then West/***** in 2016.

Didn’t West say that the Obama birth certificate issue was NOT worth it, then says that he can’t stand Obama? (confused)

Your confusion is understandable max. I certainly can't read West's mind, but the public has been so successfully bamboozled by the left, including Trump and World Net Daily, that West has too much evidence that no one is interested in the Constitution, in spite of what they claim.

Part of the reason is that the Republicans are complicit in demoting the Constitution. John McCain also had natural born citizenship problems, problems which might have been resolved had the Supreme Court not been packed with Kagan and Sotomayor, who declined to recuse themselves, even though their jobs depended upon their decision. Clarifying natural born citizenship might have been a service to the children of military citizens, but is too late for McCain. But it would have caused Obama to be recognized as a citizen, and not president, subject to our legal system for his many felonies (soliciting funds, social security fraud, selective service fraud, involvement in Kenyan elections...)

Obama’s failure to satisfy the well known requirements for a natural born citizen and his ineligibility could not have easily been resolved by extending the interpretation, his eligibility would have taken an amendment, and Orrin Hatch had already tried that amendment in 2003 when he want to enable Scharzenegger’s potential candidacy.

For those new to the legal argument, who see the futility of examing the “kerning” in images submitted by people whose only goal is to tire you of the pursuit, here is the simple truth, one of dozens of citations of our common law, this by Chief Justice Morrison Waite in the women's suffrage case Minor v. Happersett in 1874:

At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens,

That so few understand, or are willing to read enough to confirm the significance of what our supreme court justices have clarified again and again, is a good reason for Allen West to stay away from eligibility. The public does not have education or perseverance sufficient to understand or defend the truth against the bullying tactics of left - Alinsky’s ridicule.

Obama was born to a non-citizen father. Only the most important position in our government is required to be so born, on our soil and of citizen parents. No law can change it because the definition is cited in our Constitution. Any other definition would violate judicial review. The 14th Amendment makes “citizens. Barack boldly told us that he was a 14th Amendment citizen, confusingly called "a native born citizen of the US." He defined himself a naturalized citizen, but those are the cloths of this emperor about which no legislator by Georgia Congressman Nathan Deal would talk. ” Natural citizens are born that way, on our soil of citizen parents. Citizens are either natural, or naturalized. Most US citizens are natural born, but Barack is not.

The origins a "native" or "natural born citizen" precede the Roman Republic. Every US Senator agreed to that definition in 2008, Senate Res 511, but they applied it to McCain and not Obama. No legislator will discuss it because they dare not contradict ten supreme court justices. It is safer to pretend the issue is resolved by the image of a certification of live birth, and hope to defeat Obama in 2012. The dilemma faced by our congressmen, Republicans, was that raising Obama's well known father's citizenship would, like queen check, cause the Democratic party to have McCain removed. Hillary was a shoe in.

I hope Allen West runs. If he does, I'd like to see him with Bachmann or Cain or Palin, in any order whatsoever.

So? One can believe that it’s an issue that will never be resolved or will brand you a nut in the mind of the American public or not be sure there is really anything there, and still think he’s the worst thing in the world for the US because of his policies. What’s confusing about that?

For some reason some people would much prefer the best candidates we have simply commit political suicide and hand Obama another 4 years.

You interest me... Rest assured that the afterbirthers will stomp the crap out of me later today... Unless they are too tired from yesterday or the day before.

We are sheep or sheeple for what specifically...?

In my opinion, we are vetting this man.

This is in question, not ire.

Palin / West 2012 - I can dream, can't I?

I like Cain as V.P. as well, but West would be the afterburner on the Palin ticket.

Sonic booms every day baby.

Obama / Biden = Hope and Change.
Palin / West = Fire and Brimstone.

I’ve been listening to West for a while now. Pretty impressive man as much as I have seen. Glad he’s where he’s at as I think we’ll be seeing more of him....he has the “it”....

Time will tell how he stands for the long haul... but he is very good for this country, and not sitting on his hands in Washington so far. I think he’s careful to pick his fights, and those which will show his strength against the enemies of our country. He does that very well.

BTW...He took to the mat the CEO of CAIR, face to face and never blinked a second while doing so! There’s a video on that as well...awesome response and never got off the guys neck. West understands the Islmic threat as no other politician I have seen...and he’ll not cater to them as he sees them as an enemy.

Hi Windflier....Oh Yes, I really like West as well...did you see him take on the CEO of CAIR? Awesome! He truly is well worth watching. I even watched him when he opted to “pump gas” for awhile, he wanted to hear from the people on the street what they were saying about gas prices.

I'm glad he's not running for Pres. this time, though many try to persuade him. He's a smart man and isn't about to jump the gun. He's going to excel without a doubt IMO.
