From the list of recipients of these waivers it is pretty obvious that some if not all have used their political connections to the Obama White House to receive them. It would also be very interesting to see a list of groups denied waivers. The recent waivers for 39 businesses in Pelosi's district reeks of corruption and influence peddling.
I fail to understand the legality of granting waivers. How can some groups of people be exempted from a law while others are not?

Pelosi and the Golden Ticket Administrators in Washington deny preferential treatment for waiver beneficiaries. But the stench of waivers-for-favors won't be dispelled until and unless the Obama administration releases a full list not only of those who won exemptions, but also of those who applied and were denied."Waivers-for-favors". Catchy phrase. Perfect.

This is what Fascism looks like. The government grants favors to those who will support the government, and uses taxes and regulations against those who do not support the government.

This POS legislation should be overturned on this aspect alone. Rise up people. This is corruption in plain sight.

I wish I could be waived, because, under Obamacare, our individual plan went up $450.00 per month ! It is now over $1000/month; greater than our mortgage. And that's with a $10,000 deductable. They "fixed" it so good, that now I can't even afford to carry it anymore.
Change you can believe in !

Pure unadulterated corruption is what these waivers represent. It’s either good for everyone or for no one. I pray the SCOTUS eventually rules the latter way.

Why isn’t the house running public hearings about this? They could start with demanding the list of companies that were denied, and start jailing the stonewallers. Of course, that would require republicans to stop playing footsie with their fellow travelers.
