...care about climate change: local government agencies and universities....
That statement pretty well identifies the only businesses (if you want to call them that) that actually benefit from the climate change scare. Businesses that are simply parasites that suck the blood of the hard working (intelligent) citizen who actually produces something mankind can use.
I, along with millions, await some type of tangible proof that man can actually change the course of nature. So far, there’s been none.

Compare, from the article:
Gov. Rick Scott, doesnt think climate change is real
vs. the actual quote, also from the article:
Ive not been convinced that theres any man-made climate change, Scott said last week.
There is a difference between the quote and the writer's interpretation of the quote. An example of biased reporting. And I believe the writer is unaware that he has done anything wrong.

The environmentalism scam; the federal “ATM” conduit placing our tax dollars into hands of “educators” and local govt. “stewards” to promote social engineering and grow their voting base of progressives aka brainwashed youth and special interests.

And I believe the writer is unaware that he has done anything wrong. You would be correct. I'm simply aghast at how university English and journalism courses have turned bias on its cheek and made it acceptable to outright lie to push a story. I graduated with my BA in English just 10 years ago, but in the short time since, I've notice the crop of kids coming up from the undergraduate level are arrogant blowhards who think that they are righteous in their reporting and permitted to lie to further an agenda. It's like they accept journalism as a conduit to promote themselves.

Thanks Cincinatus' Wife.
Crist's successor, Gov. Rick Scott, doesn't think climate change is real, even though it's accepted as fact by everyone from NASA to the Army to the Vatican.
No, it's not. More partisan media shilling by a tree-killing dinosaur media outlet.

In its two-year lifespan the climate commission did very little about climate change, Murley said. Sheez! If they need the climate changed, they should have asked me. I will just break out my Harry Potter wizard wand and voila-but i am not cheap.

After all, they have seen the results of rising sea level roughly 9 inches in the last 75 years, with an acceleration in the rate of rise in the last decade, according to a report from Florida Atlantic University. On Big Pine Key, for instance, what used to be a pine forest has turned into a tidal marsh. Nine whole inches!! With an acceleration! Sea level rise is currently about 3 mm / year so the predicted rise over the next 75 years is.... 8.8 inches!

update: "Recently published results suggest that since about 2003, ocean thermal expansion change, based on the newly deployed Argo system, is showing a plateau while sea level is still rising, although at a reduced rate (about 2.5 mm/yr)." (from
http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.gloplacha.2008.10.004) A bit less than one inch per decade.

What do they teach in schools and universities anymore?
Big Pine Key lives on a cycle that causes the entire system to grow and recede. It is completely natural.
I dare say that the pine forest took over a marsh after a cypress forest built up the soil.
What would these nuts be thinking if they tried to watch daily measurements as we entered an ice age or were leaving an ice age?

What do they teach in schools and universities anymore? They teach regurgitation of twaddle. Check this out: http://skepticalscience.com/Skeptical-Science-Educates-My-Students.html
In conclusion, I think someone should have an easier way of getting information out to others that isnt as complex as the IPCC seems to make it, being so far off from actual numbers taken by measurements and satellites. How can they be a proper alarmist if their numbers are off? I also firmly believe that this is an important fact that might be the main concern of this subject because people that believe in grabbing the attention of others that may be interested are not going to know that much about all of these facts and such, because it is the average normal human that would be able to make a difference. Without them what is all this talk about climate change good for? It is the attention of the average person that needs to be grabbed.
This is from a college student. His professor is a koolaid-spewing global moron.

Here's some more (another community college student): "As learned in class, warming global temperatures causes there to be more water vapor in the air, which then leads to more rain and snowfall. "

One more for good measure:
A popular claim by climate change skeptics is that the oceans are cooling. This, they asset, indicates human-induced climate change cannot be occurring. This line of thinking is faulty is many regards and is not supported by scientific fact.
