Nabil Shaath, an aide to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, said Netanyahu's insistence on keeping key parts of the territories the Palestinians want for their state is a "declaration of war against the Palestinians."

Israeli settlers, the Islamic militant Hamas and Netanyahu's moderate parliamentary opposition also expressed criticism.....

Netanyahu showed himself in one speech to be more of a man and politician than our so titled president.

That's like saying that France's insistence on keeping key parts of its territory that the Nazis wanted for their state was a declaration of war.

Put the blame on the other side.

Most of the so-called “Palestinians” are Jordanians in the first place. This is just Kabuki theatre to keep the Arab street in an uproar and destroy Israel.

If BO gets re-elected he will be in full payback mode for Netanhyahu. We can’t forget what an immature punk he is.

This is why smart presidents realize you do not jump into ME deals wildly with vague and naive hope. The region is a tinderbox and the risk of setting it alight too great.

They’re thinking and planning for violence anyway, getting them to admit it is a bonus.

And the Palestinians are looking for a contiguous state?

Give them one — the Sinai Peninsula.

Oh, wait, Israel gave it back to Egypt. Sorry, Palis, that's your new home. I suggest you start talking to your new Egyptian hosts, because you West Bank and Gaza Strip Palestinians are going to be busy practicing your desert survival skills. Or, the Egyptians are going to have a lot of live target practice.

Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
Netanyahu's insistence on keeping key parts of the territories the Palestinians want for their state is a "declaration of war against the Palestinians."
IOW, Obama's insistence that Jewish areas remain Jewish -- according to the Hamas-hugging leftists and other partisan shills, that's what Obama said -- is a "declaration of war against the Palestinians."

There they go again... *ANOTHER* declaration of war. What are we up to now? 986,000 declarations of war?

Jordan is over 60% Palestinian right now. *IT* already *IS* the Palestinian state.

Send the rest home... to Jordan.

(the little greedy b@st@rds are really asking for 3 Palestinian states; Jordan, West Bank, and Gaza)

Agreed. Jordan IS the place for the Palestinians. However, the last time they were there, Yasser Arafat's PLO tried to overthrow King Hussein's monarchy and murder his whole family. The King found out and turned the Jordanian Army loose on Arafat's thugs (September 1970-July 1971) with orders to exterminate every PLO man, woman, and child.

Things were going to plan, when Arafat got the UN to broker a ceasefire. Arafat and the PLO were allowed to emigrate to Lebanon (with their weapons). Once they setup in Lebanon, Arafat's PLO provoked a 15-year long civil war (1975-1990) in Lebanon.

I don't think Jordan (or Lebanon) wants anything to do with the psychotic Palestinians. Therefore, I suggested the Sinai. They will be so busy trying to stay alive in this desert wilderness, they'll not have a lot of time to pick fights with anyone. Sinai is a really big sandbox for the Pali scum.
