Yeah, Revolting cat! ... if the pharmacist hadn’t stepped over him one time on the way out of the store, and then stepped over him a second time, on the way back into the store, and walked to the other counter to get another gun (the first one was out of bullets), and then walked back calmly to the guy on the floor (going up to him on the floor for the “third time”) ... and then proceeded to empty the second gun into him while laying on the floor — well ... yes ... the pharmacist would have had no problem.

Well the video can be shown to everybody in Oklahoma but if he hadn't opened his mouth then his lawyer could have worked with jury consultants and then tried to get either one juror to have doubt or get jury nullification

but once he opened his yap then he screwed himself. Spread the word. NEVER TALK TO COPS. ....... ever, especially if you've been involved or questioned about any shooting.

That’s always been my philosophy and I’ve posted two videos here on Free Republic from a law professor and a police investigator, giving the same message to a class of law students ... “never talk to the police” ... they both say it in no uncertain terms. I’ll see if I can find it ... it’s excellent!

In any case, this guy was guilty of murder and he should be put away permanently. I don’t want anyone in Oklahoma doing what he did. He should have stopped with his first gun and left well enough alone. It’s guys like this that give a bad name to the rest of the gun owners in Oklahoma.

Here’s the video ... this one contains both the law professor and the police investigator on this one video. See them both talk about “don’t talk to the police” ...

Give him a medal. He put one in Hades and three in prison.

What was the alternative: let them go and they would never be caught, or caught after a two dozen robberies and lightly sentenced for the one they were caught for. That is the typical story across this country, deny it all you want.

In the “humane” philosophy of the day, such as, presumably, yours, for all you can protest, is to NOT defend oneself during a robbery, which policy has caught on, and has made an armed robbery, like a burglary, a safe crime to commit, a sure bet.

If the pharmacist overreacted, then so what, he was under stress as are most of our armed personnel in Iraq and Afghanistan, that is the nature of the game, there or on the streets of this nation. The Taliban are no better or worse than the ghetto barbarians like your favorite victim Antwon.

Well, it’s real simple ... it’s against the law in Oklahoma, and that’s why he was convicted by a jury of his peers in Oklahoma.

Anyone who has a concealed weapons permit, here in Oklahoma, knows that, as they cover the law about shootings, in the training. So, this isn’t a question for those who have gone through the training here in Oklahoma.

We are very law-abiding in Oklahoma, besides being very strong on self-defense. We don’t like robbers and we don’t like murderers ... either one.

I agree 100%. So the pharmacist wasn’t Mother Theresa’s brother.

IMO anyone participating in an armed robbery should get killed. And since the legal system is no longer a justice system, so be it.

Yeah, that prosecutorial BS is overboard.

The guy could have waited an hour before calling anyone “important” ala Dupnick victim.
