I agree due to the obviousness of your post. I have read that white people as a group are more law-abing than the best-behaved country in Europe.

It might be Mao, I heard of a Chinese guy by that name and he knocked off quite few people, bad dude and funny eyes too. Like a fat bird looking at a worm it was going to eat.

I get your point, but there is a relevance to whether the propensity for crime is cultural (which we agree on), or genetic,

because the latter reasoning is true racism, ie, that the genes of one “race” produce an inferior human to another “race’s” genetics.

I do not want to get involved in the "nature vs. nurture" debate as it relates to black crime, but I have to respond to your comment:

Organized warfare has absolutely no relation to urban street crime. To compare the two is silly and inaccurate.

In a lot of cases, it has to do with whether the individual thinks the rules apply to them or not. Maybe s/he believes that because of (fill in the blank) it is ok to steal, lie, cheat, use another’s prescription, make money however they can. Problem with that is there is always going to be God to answer to at some point.

The high crime rate among blacks in America is a direct result of race pimps keeping blacks angry. Its the same with the lack of patriotism among blacks. They’re taught that slavery was their only contribution to America and that’s a lie. There we black men being elected to public office in George Washington’s day.

In spite of the fact that many refuse to see it, what happened at multiple locations during Memorial Day Weekend is about culture not genetics.

Caucasian (Germans and Russians) and Chinese. The better question would be to ask which religious/political groups have practiced genocide most thoroughly. That would be followers of the politico-religious philosophy of communism.

It’s a combination of a higher rate of poverty (crime increases in all poverty situations) and a general acceptance of crime in the culture (much like occurred with the Mafia in the mid 20th century). The latter is more pervasive because it crosses economic lines. That’s why black politicians get busted so much. The Hispanic community has the same problem. A professor told me that students from Red China cheat constantly. It’s acceptable and even rewarded in their culture.

Also, blacks make really good victims because they can be silenced so easily. “No snitching”.
