Prison rejects ACLU backlash by refusing to back down on porn for inmates

The American Civil Liberties Union have filed a lawsuit so that prisoners at a South Carolina jail can have access to pornographic-type material.

Lawyers defending the religious freedom lawsuit against the Berkeley County Jail in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, said that the inmates were not allowed to have any reading materials apart from the bible.

Good for them for not backing down against the ACLU; it's refreshing and another score for the law rather than someone else's interpretation of what is 'fair.'
