It’s amazing to see how the Obama administration decides to publicly defy the law. I have counted four times specifically. D.C. keeps living up to its initials as the District of Criminals!!!!

In this case, the SCOTUS has already decided that an Arizona law requiring employers to use the E-verify system was constitutional.
Now, the federal government is telling South Carolina (and Arizona) that they won't make the E-verify system available to employers.
That amounts to "Check".
Arizona and South Carolina might both seek injunctions against the Dept of Homeland Security, but there won't be a decision for a couple of years, probably.
There is only one solution to such a lawless administration:
Thow every bitch and bastard in the District with a D following their name into the Potomac. And hold them under until they drown.

It’s time to start putting some of these bass turds in the Obama regime in jail. Holder and Napolitano would be a couple of good ones to begin with. They are trampling my Constitution and Bill of Rights and it is really starting to piss me off.
Its half past time that the governors of the sovereign states started telling Incompetanto and Holder to bugger off and also these pissant Federal judges who have no jurisdiction over a sovereign state.
Nicki Haley needs to go right ahead and institute the E-verify and tell Nappy to tell it to the Supremes.
