I hate it when I do that.
If 2 adults want to have a consensual relationship, it generally isn’t my business — if they are both single.
BUT, cheating is just that — it is a moral lapse. If you cheat on the most sacred covenant you will ever make in your life — the one with your spouse — then, by definition every other possible cheat (such as nepotism and kickbacks) is already in your wheelhouse.
But then when you send unrequested and unwanted soft porn pics of yourself to women, that is harassment and shows not only low morals but bad judgement and an inability to discern.
And, as noted, sex cheating can lead to blackmail which can lead to a LOT of mischief and pain against the tax payers.
When their activities open them up to blackmail then it becomes our business.

Yes, right up there with the “male enhancement” commercials as far as I’m concerned. But Wiener is becoming the “face” (poster boy) for the Democrat party and what they stand for. The media is “advertising” this every day, so it’s fine with me.
