Thank goodness. It is long past time the unholy alliance between government unions and Rats ended.

Wonder what the Crooks campaign was like. “Crooks for Supreme Court of Wisconsin!” Truth in advertising?

Crooks? I thought he was a conservative?

Unusual speed? The libs dragged this out for months while they counted and recounted the ballots.
Besides, it’s not a hard case to understand, except apparently for those three activist lib judges. The governor and legislature have a right to make the laws. And no activist judge has a right to block them for the sole reason that it might hurt the unions and cut back on Democrat campaign donations.

This demonstrates just how important elections are. If David Prosser’s opponent had won the election, this would surely have gone the other way.

This is the death of public unions in that state and if they had even pretended to have good sense instead of showing what outright fascists they are they'd have survived to fight another day. The thing is, in Wisconsin and elsewhere, the unions can see the handwriting on the wall. They're finally starting to realize that the democrat "post industrial society" betrayal of industrial workers that deliberately and with malice aforethought slaughtered industry after industry in this country as soon as public employee unions got large isn't working out the way they expected it to.
The democrat fascists will start getting desperate now so it should be fun to watch. They'll be blowing stuff up again like they blew up ROTC centers and recruiting centers all over the country. A wave of terrorism everyone has conveniently forgotten.

Take a look at the dissents by Chief Justice Abrahamson and Justice Crooks. Very unprofessional in that they engage in petty, almost personal insults. No wonder Prosser lost his temper in that illicitly-leaked email about Abrahamson’s personal shortcomings (although I am not excusing that email).
The majority-side opinions, in contrast, stick to the facts and the law.

The court ruled that Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi's ruling, which had held up implementation of the collective bargaining law, was void ab initio, or invalid from the outset.Does that mean that contracts that were forced to be agreed in the interim are null & void? (hoping...)

Isn’t the Prosser victory still in dispute? If so, should we anticipate a legal challenge on that basis?
