Remembering Dad who was a clown.
Oh, mien papa
Oh, my papa, to me he was so wonderful
Oh, my papa, to me he was so good
No one could be, so gentle and so loveable
Oh, my papa, he always understood.
Gone are the days when he could take me on his knee
And with a smile he’d change my tears to laughter.
Oh, my papa, so funny, so adorable
Always the clown, so funny in his way
Oh, my papa, to me he was so wonderful
Deep in my heart I miss him so today.
Gone are the days when he could take me on his knee
And with a smile he’d change my tears to laughter
Oh, my papa, to me he was so wonderful
Deep in my heart I miss him so today...

Enjoy this 90-year old WWII veteran:Thanks!
Just this afternoon, as I was leaving the grocery store, I saw an old man wheeling his grocery cart out to the parking lot and to his car.
I noticed a WWII veteran license plate on his car; I mean this gentleman looked really old!
I said to him, "Thanks for your service to our country, Sir, I was Army, who did you serve with?"
He said, "Navy, son, played with you boys in the pacific islands..."
Wow, I thought as I climbed into my truck, what a guy; gotta be 90ish and still going strong!
GOD BLESS AMERICA!
