There is no civility there. It’s for 0bama to keep up fronts and Boehner plays along. After everything 0bama has said and done there is enough there to hit him with the uncivil tag and hateful politics. There is no way he should be treated as if this is just acceptable. 0bama and the Demonrats cross the line. This breed of Republican just carries on like things are peaceful and wonderful and they’re not. They don’t deal with reality. It is the enemy within they take the oath to fight.
And I do think this bipartisan crap must end until the Rats pony up.

The big question I have (aside from why they are doing this), is will O’Dumbo count all his strokes, and will anyone acuse him of cheating? Given the fact that he is incapable of telling the truth, will anyone call him on it?

You nailed it. It gets him away from ‘don’t smoke/eat bean sprouts’ Michelle, and it also gets him away from the demands of POTUS. He likes the perks but he doesn’t like the pressure, so the links are perfect. Also, he has an extremely addictive/dysfunctional personality, so for him golf is like a video game he just can’t leave alone. Every time he misses a shot, he’s that much more compulsively determined to play another round.
He has an extreme aversion to work and pressure, so he decamps to the golf course every chance he gets. He no doubt enjoys the entourage and all the special arrangements he gets as POTUS-on-the-links, but it’s more than that. He has the uber-antsy personality of an extreme Malignant Narcissist, which means he needs to be on the go a LOT. His official caravan to the golf course, his prerogative of driving the cart, and his escape from the confines of the WH all drive him obsessively to the course.
Remember, he’s never stayed at any one job in the past more than two years. This long ‘bit’ as POTUS is driving him nuts. Golf is one of his outlets—booze and other self-medications being another.
