According to House expense reports, Bachmann and three conservative GOP colleagues — Reps. Tom Price (Ga.), Steve King (Iowa) and Todd Akin (Mo.) — each paid $3,407.50 that day, a total of $13,630, to a sound and stage company called National Events, apparently for the sound system used at the rally.
The money came from the Members' taxpayer-funded office accounts, despite House rules prohibiting the use of these funds for political activities.
Oh wow! Boy oh boy could we use even half that courage in a leader. That is phenominal!

In a revealing interview with Steve Moore of The Wall Street Journal, Representative Michele Bachmann(R-MN) called for repealing taxes on capital gains. She also said she strongly believes that everyone should pay some income tax.

I agree. Unfortunately, the tactics of some of her supporters are turning many against her.
There is only one true conservative out there that might run, and this candidate has been vetted for three years in every way imaginable, and is squeaky clean.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Herman Cain on the ticket, but need to know more about him.
But it seems Cain knows how to turn around failure.
Obama only knows how to point fingers and shuck and jive his way out of giving a straight answer.
