AFL-CIO Union Chief Pledges 12 Million Workers to Van Jones Progressive Tea Party
The Blaze ^ | 24 Jun 2011 | Tiffany Gabbay

Well, according to AFL-CIO president Rich Trumka, only the American “labor movement” is all about the “real” American Dream. I guess that means the rest of us haven’t got a clue.

Opening with Van Jones’ “American Dream” mantra, Trumka announced his pledge of 12 million union laborers and their families to support Van Jones’ “Rebuild the Dream” movement.

Trumka then goes on to explain that the real American Dream is not about a few of us having a lot, but about all of us having a “fair portion.”

“The American Dream is not that a few of us will get to be rich, but that all of us will have a fair portion of the good things in life.” Trumka’s announcement coincides with the launch of a Van Jones co-sponsored MoveOn.org campaign titled “Rebuild the Dream.” The Blaze recently reported on the campaign and its new catch-phrase already catching on among leftists like Howard Dean. The movement, which accuses the “slash and burn” GOP of “killing the American dream,” has positioned itself as the left’s answer to the Tea Party.

During Rebuild the Dream’s launch event Thursday, Jones exclaimed to a crowd of followers that “America is not broke” — even encouraging the audience to chant the phrase in unison — and claimed those who suggest otherwise, are “lying.” He also accused people — presumably Tea Party members – who “hate on America’s government“ and ”wreck America’s infrastructure” — of being unpatriotic.

You are right. Think about how some of today's prominent Jews are at the forefront of the movement to destroy capitalism; but like the Nazi era Jews, they cannot conceive of anything destroying their power base.

Hitler, like another leader I could mention was a wormy little nobody who literally did nothing but read, and dream of power, hanging out in places and haranguing about his ideas and inciting against the Jews. After his "community organizing" of riff raff into the brown shirts, he began to gain power. It is amazing to me that he actually talked them into giving him "temporary" supreme power, which he never gave back.

After that, he organized the Ruhr Valley industrialists and a systematic takeover of the banks, It was kind of like a very small snowball starting downhill in heavy snow and becoming a juggernaut. The way he left his once prosperous country is history. I pray we are not heading down the same path, but the rhetoric is scarey.

Union workers remind me of the saying in the bible that references “like an oxen to it’s slaughter”. These people are clueless as to where they are headed.

They are nothing But JINOS-Jews in name only. They are no better then the KAPOS in Auschwitz or Buchenwald. They would lead their people to the gas chambers if they can just hold onto power. Sick!

If you have two hours you need to watch this documentary on the rise of the 3rd Reich. I cannot recommend this one highly enough because its unlike any documentary on the nazis you've ever seen. From the line, "This is not the story of how Hitler seized power. This is the story of how the german people gave it to him" I knew this one was different.

Third Reich - The Rise

Told from a german perspective, this one will terrify you.

Very Good Point, they gave him power because he promised change. Huh? Sounds pretty familiar. God America is a bunch of thumb sucking morons... History does repeat itself. The only reason what happened in Germany hasn’t happened here is that there are 30+ million of us armed and we will never be made into lamp shades or soap.

Obama promised to restore America’s stature in the world.

Hitler promised to rebuild German Honor.

Just like the Great Revolution in Mexico gave power to the “Millionaire Socialists” who are, in turn, losing power to the Drug Cartels.

They really don't get it.

They constantly accuse the TEA Party of being “astroturf” because they cannot fathom the idea that decent, hard working people might voluntarily commit themselves to invest their time and resources to something they believe in.

Every vile act they accuse us of committing is committed by them.

**It is so disappointing that big labor is still controlled by the communists and their members support them.**

So true! The AFL-CIO workers make more than the average middle-class workers. If there are 12 million of them and they pay around $2000 a year in union dues, that is around $24 Billion that is provided to the union leaders. That’s how they can live their lavish lifestyles and support politicians who favor their communist views, while mounting huge campaigns against any opposing views.

Union workers unite! Dump your overlords who steal your money and aim only to put more money in their own pockets! To do so would lead to a great expansion of private enterprise and more jobs for everyone. Help America get out of this economic rut and become the world leader again.

An envy-based movement which shows no quarter when others express envy of their own sizable pots of gold.

Trumka the Thugka Punka Bumka forgot to include “almost everybody has enough to live on decently as well as a reasonable hope of bettering his circumstances through wise effort.”
