President Obama Apologizes to Family of Fallen Soldier (SFC Jared Monti, Medal of Honor)

Sgt. 1st Class Jared Monti was actually killed in Afghanistan on June 21, 2006. In September 2009, President Obama awarded him the Medal of Honor posthumously.

On his Facebook page this evening, Monti's father, Paul, posted: "FYI- President Barack Obama telephoned me personally this afternoon to apologize for his error in his speech to the 10th mountain division re: Jared's medal ceremony. Apology accepted."

So when is he going to apologize to America for screwing it up big time?

You know, I don't think I am ever going to get there. Over and over again I see that forgiveness (of matters large) is a bad thing.

Check out this vid. If I was that poor young kid I would know my father is dead to me. It's unfathomable, IMO, for Dad to express that he is wrestling with forgiveness. He should have told the judge that the perp is lucky to be in custody. I believe that would have been the moral thing to do.

I'll give obozo credit whenever he goes above and beyond his duty as President of the United States.

Otherwise, I expect him to do the right thing and contact the family of this fallen soldier and APOLOGIZE.

This man and his minions are marxists/socialists and therefore are the enemies of We The People....our country, our culture and way of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness is being threatened by this enemy within...destroy him and what he stands for, before WE are destroyed.

If the father of the insulted says that the apology is accepted, I’d move on.

Yep - those 2 words have been running rampant in our nation - from the President on down.
How do we re-educate people when addressing an audience to say something like ‘boys and girls, you folks, you students, ladies and gentlemen - - ??
Such an opportunity to speak more correctly, especially to kids. They are listening - - -

My spouse can’t abide it when the host in a restaurant asks something like, ‘Are you guys ready to be seated??’
The gentle and friendly correction is something like “we’re not guys, we ARE seniors, and we’re ready to be seated!”

And the pastor in church - one “you guys’ after another. Or referring to more than one person in the Bible as “those guys!” Yiiiiiiiiiiiii !!!

Really sad. It’s hard to avoid all the public places where the salutation and constant referral is to ‘You guys.........’

I’d sure like to know who the puppet masters are. I have a feeling the GOP elite know who they are. Because the same strings are attached to them.
