CBN's David Brody interview Michele Bachmann in Iowa tonight, where she insists she 'likes' Sarah Palin and downplays reports, including by POLITICO, about jockeying between the two women:
Brody: “Set the record straight with us on your relationship with Sarah Palin because the media wants to pit you, if not pit you against Sarah Palin they certainly want to compare you two. And I’m wondering how you see it specifically as it relates to Governor Palin.”
Bachmann: “I like her a lot. We’re friends. I have great admiration for her, great respect for her, and we’ve never had a cross word between us. We are friends. And I think that you’re right, I think that’s a fiction from the media. I doubt that the Governor feels that way, it certainly doesn’t reflect my view, and I only wish her well in what she’s doing right now.”

I was sending $50 a month to Bachmann until Rollins made that stupid remark towards Palin.

Well sure. Thats why she hired hit man Rollins. To do the dirty work. Kinda like Perrys big business campaign donors throwing a wrench in the sanctuary cities bill. That way Rino Rick dosent look like the bad guy. Typical politics. Just what we need in the White House.
Too late imo. Bachmann's heart and true intent surfaced the day she hired Rollins and refused to 'set the record straight'.
Barring that incident, Bachmann will not be an effective president. She is in over her head. She's nothing but a legislator and an attorney. Frankly, we've had enough of those.
We need someone on the side of the American People. Palin is it bar none.
Where WAS the public apology to Gov. Palin, Ms. Bachmann?

Well “cross words” doesn’t mean you don’t like or respect each other. If there ain’t some “cross words”, in my mind, you ain’t tryin’ hard enough.
Bachmann worked for Carter and the IRS,
and is vying to be VP to her “President Romney”.
Perhaps one should not expect too much.

I'm sorry, but for her to not publicly bring him (Rollins) to the woodshed or fire him for doing what he did is just plain wrong. No ifs and or buts about it, she blew it from beginning to end on that one. If Palin runs, she'll steamroll Michele, if she doesn't, Palin's voters will make a big difference in why Michele will not be capable of winning the nomination.
Ok you Palin supporters...these are some of the people Sarah Governed in Alaska. Sent to me today....even the village people..and the dogs were a part of this...very touching. Just to lighten things up a bit....Enjoy..I did greatly!

Bachmann aspires to be Romney’s VP? bwahaha! Mittens would, before it is over with, will begging to be VP for Michelle or Sarah.
Those things may be true but the bottom line is her current actions. She has shown herself to be nothing more than a ladder climber and to hell with the citizenry.
Her actions have spoken louder than any words she parrots.
She is not good for the Country. PERIOD.

On FOX yesterday she called Romney, “President Romney”
and was corrected by Tingle-Wallace.
THAT is a leak from her subconscious because she
has been talking about “Pres. Romney” and the only
reason is that she sees herself as his VP.
I second your sentiments. Very well stated. Rollins is pure scum and NO friend of conservatives at all. That's the show stopper -- hiring that elite hack.
When Sarah announces, MB will quickly fade away. The press will forget MB exists. They will go full bore after Sarah, but will continue to fail to bring her down.

Is it my women’s intuition or am I being overly critical? I interpreted MB’s comment “...and I only wish her well in what she’s doing right now.” to mean: Just keep doing what you’re doing, Sarah, but stay outta the Prez race!
That little qoute stood out as well, she did say last week that the “field was set” so if anybody enters in that may be perceive as a threat, then the gloves will come off
Michelle Bachmann is Mitt Romney’s cocktail waitress.
That’s it. Period. Take that to the flippin’ bank.
She’ll do some mild critiques of Romney, but nothing serious. She SOOOOO wants to sit at the table with the Big People.
She betrayed Palin to get money to help her in the race with Kobluchar. That’s all she’s doing this for.
Not only that, Mitt’s people wouldn’t trust her to cross the street. If she turned on Palin for thirty pieces of silver, Romney’s people have to figure she’ll sell him out too.
Bachmann is toxic and she doesn’t even know it. Palin doesn’t really have to do a thing except watch for the air to start slowly going out of the Bachmann balloon. Someone, I think it might have been Brice’s Crossroads, posted a very trenchant piece comparing Bachmann to Phil Crane, who tried to torpedo Reagan in the 1980 election. Reagan never trusted Crane again.
Palin will give Bachmann the same treatment. Watch.
