Chris Christie "A Rotten Bastard," Top New Jersey Democrat Says

So what does New Jersey Senate President Stephen Sweeney (D) really think of Republican Gov. Chris Christie?
"He’s a rotten prick," Sen. Sweeney said in a shocking, unfiltered interview with The Newark Star Ledger.
The top Senate Democrat accused the governor of using his line-item veto powers to punish Democratic lawmakers.
"Last night I couldn’t calm down," Sweeney said. "To prove a point to me — a guy who has stood side by side with him, and made tough decisions — for him to punish people to prove his political point? He’s just a rotten bastard to do what he did."
Sweeney said Christie promised to consult with him before making cuts, but never did, adding insult to injury.
"I wanted to punch him in his head," Sweeney added.
The intensely personal — and public — spat will undoubtedly harm Christie's ability to marshal the Democrat-controlled legislature to support his legislative agenda, most notably education reform, which will be taken up in the fall.

So what if Chris Christie is a “rotten bastard”. Sweeney doesn’t have to invite Christie to play golf, or have dinner with him. Sweeney should suck it up and keep his yap shut.
He reminds me of the union pig in the cartoon asking the tax payers to tighten their belts while he is wolfing down pizza and hotdogs.

Mr. Christie just ratcheted up on my approval ratings. Anyone the Democrats don’t like is obviously doing his job right.

Sweeney is a petty crook who up to now has been used to his ‘corner’ of the Democrat hood. Now, Christie comes along and he’s a ‘bastard’....well, yes- maybe...but he’s our Bastard you asswipe Democrats - deal with it.
